definitely be back again. the staff were great, rooms clean and comfortable. I rated a 5 for dining and food The dining area was closed, due to being boxing day but we have stayed there previously and the food at the restaurant was great

The unit is tastefully but minimally decorated to enhance the huge size of the bedroom. What a beautiful and comfortable bed it is with crisp clean sheets. The air conditioning ensures a good nights sleep in the summer heat of Gympie. The bathroom is enormous (big enough for a bedroom) and contains high quality toiletries. The dining area is small but really not needed as the hosts, Shane and Guy encourage you to make use of the dining area on the large deck of their home - 10 metres away. We bought food in Gympie to have for dinner as we wanted to have a wine and didn’t want to drive back to Gympie to eat. I asked Shane if i could use the BBQ. He not only encouraged it but also had it fired up and a table set on the verandah by the time I took the food over to cook. I have never previously stayed in a B&B so spotlessly clean and large as this where the hosts are also prepared to accommodate their guests every request. The breakfast is large and perfectly cooked.

This motel is excellent value with modern facilities and wonderfully comfortable beds. The little extras such as complimentary bottled water, biscuits, tea & coffee & toiletries were great. Would highly recommend this motel to anyone travelling thru Gympie.

Good location on highway with quiet rooms. Good clean facilities with everything you want in a motel for an overnight. Staff were helpful and efficient. Would stay again if Gympie

Rude staff no really interested in working I did booked for Xmas day however I will assume if you in motel business then you have to work as normal even on Xmas day. I will suggest the staff to have a career change.

Good old Aussie lifestyle , It was so enjoyable , It was worth the drive from Gympie to a home away from home and the beautiful quite surroundings with nice gardens which attracts many birds ,like 35 different types of Bird life , Noisy but nice to hear the beautiful sounds of nature . Tom is a very nice host with a very comfortable Bed & Breakfast. Thumbs up !

Very good price. Motel is old but clean and tidy. I must say though that the bed was uncomfortable and needs an upgrade. But apart from that issue, value for money.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here, we were visiting friends in Gympie so the property was well located for us. The hosts are very nice people and were well humored especially when I promptly locked myself out of our accommodation as soon as we arrived. Both mornings we had a leisurely breakfast on the veranda in front of our room which was extremely pleasant. The room was certainly clean, maybe a little old fashion but that a personal preference. The bathroom was large and also very clean and there was a small kitchenette that seem to have all we needed. Great place to stay in the country.

My partner and i just spent 2 nights at amamoor homestead cottages. What a beautiful part of the world in the mary valley. Lots of places to visit. We went for breakfast at Imbil then went for a bush walk at amamoor followed by a lovely night by the fire under the stars. Visited the mining museum in Gympie and a drive through Traveston on to Kin Kin the next day. The cottages are comfy and we cooked our own food on the bbq supplied. Great place. Will go back with some friends next time. Thanks to our hosts. It was great....
