"When I decided to get a shower 8 walked into the bathroom to turn on water I noticed a lot of water on floor. Now i have not yet turned on water so no clue where it came from but it was not there a few hours ago when i used the restroom. I tried to call front desk with hotel phone it rang several times then someone picked it up then hung up phone without saying anything. So I tried calling again. Again something. So j tried calling g from my cell phone same thing happened. So I walked to office told girl at counter I tried to call she said she was busy. So I explained to her about water. She moved us to another room but act like she didn't want to. The next day when I was loading my car I walked past the room I had first and noticed someone cleaning it. I asked her if they found out where water came from she said there was no matinece ticket wrote up on that room i showed her the water and she called someone and thanked me for telling her. Now i wonder how long has that room had that issue and why did the girl at counter not answer my phone calls or had matinece look at that."
