"I arrived at the hotel during midnight but the staff was there and welcomed us with a smile. The room was clean and tidy. The restaurant had a very good breakfast and nice staff. The one thing the hotel should have is a small refrigerator. TV should have more international and English-speaking channels. "

"Booked an Executive Room, which at the time I booked it specified 'Executive Lounge Access' which was only really an 'Executive Corner' when I got there. Waste of extra money for nothing. When checking in was asked if wanted to pay extra for breakfast, which was already included in room and wasn't even given access to Executive floor. When asked about Executive Lounge access was then rudely told it wasn't a lounge only a corner and was only for Executive customers. When informed them off booking, was then given access to the floor. Anyway, didn't like their rude service and wouldn't stay here again. Location was ok though and the room was nice and modern. Not a bad hotel, quite nice actually, just not friendly staff or atmosphere.... rude cleaning staff too."

"We had an issue with agoda.com reservation. After booking a room on agoda.com, I contacted the hotel and they had no track of my reservation. I had to come back to agoda 3 times before they solved the issue and, 2 days before our staying, we were confirmed by the hotel that our booking is in their system. Except this, we had a nice stay: the room with bathroom was clean and cosy. "
