Great staff, awesome views, the terrace is massive and the apartment is a lot nicer and bigger than what the photos shows. Very happy with this we had a great stay! Only bad thing - there was no AC in the second bedroom, this room gets pretty hot.

Best place we stayed at in kefalonia, highly recommend a visit, views from balcony were truly stunning, the place was simply and tastefully decorated, fully equipped for making coffee, cooking, anything you might need was provided. Will return soon! Thank you for hosting us so well.

Great service and good outside facilities, pool, beach bar etc. But a bit basic, bad WiFi and lacking in indoor communal areas to relax, which was a bit of an issue when the rains began. Perhaps not the most scenic of spots in Kefalonia but if you’re going to Sami, a perfectly good option and if you have kids probably even more so as lots for them to do safely outside if the weather is good.

The key benefits of this property are its central location (100m to either the centre of town or a beach) and Vasso, the friendly, helpful and always available host. The studios are the best value (the downstairs rooms are small and dark & no kitchen) with extremely well-equipped kitchens, air-con and a (shared) terrace full of flowers and with views of the area. The beds are a little hard, but Vasso is aware of this and plans to upgrade them. The location, while close to town and the ferry dock, is relatively peaceful. Recommended.

Really lovely clean apartment with fantastic views, two balconies and plenty of room for family of 4. The owner was so nice and kindly gave us the keys to another apartment when we told him our flight was at 10 o’clock in the evening which really helped us out as check out is st 12 noon. He also arranged our taxi to the airport and always asked if we were ok whenever we saw him. No pool but Antonia studios which is just around the corner has a fantastic pool and stunning view with all welcome

Great place to stay. Staff were helpful on arrival and departutre, even if they weren't always on-site. Walking distance to the town, albeit up a slight hill, but there was plenty of undercover parking while we were there which was great. Room was simple, quite large for our group of 3 and clean. AC worked well. Didn't really use the kitchenette other than the fridge. Costa Costa Beach was a short drive away. Had a great time in Kefalonia!

Loved the small town of Assos. Few minute walk to the small town and beachfront. We had a nice room with a patio.

My husband and I had an amazing experience here. Chris was so helpful, we were welcomed with a nice cold beer. The Villa is a couple minute walk to the main strip with some great food (try souvlaki house). When we come back to Greece we will definitely stay here again

About the Villa: 1. Great place near the airport. (5-min walk) 2. Cozy studio room (super neat and tidy) 3. Free laundry 4. Above all these, the best host in kefalonia! ( traeted us w/ desserts ; allowed us to stay and take rest after check out for our late flight.....etc.) Nearby: 1. A restaurant which allows you to rest a bit and see the sunset. 2. A mini market P.S. 1 the rent is settled by cash only. P.S. 2 two lovely cats in the Villa. Marco and Mary? (I guess)

Hosts are excellent, very accomodating and helpful! Good location with only a short walk to several lovely beaches. Room was great value and had everything we needed for a self catering stay - no restaurants open at this time of year so we had lunch out and then picked stuff up from the various supermarkets to make our own supper.

Excellent and exceeded expectations. Lovely boutique hotel feel to the place. Quite select and up market. Fab pool. Excellent sun deck and gardens. Excellent staff. helpful, smiling, polite & friendly. Nothing too much. Very stylish reception, lounge and outdoor areas ultra modern. Daily hot and cold breakfast very good but surprised they didn't do more fresh fruit selection. But they did cut up the fruit on display if asked. Really nice accommodation with well equipped kitchen. Location good, 15 minute walk to local beaches. Good choice of local restaurants and taverns, at least 3/4 within walking distance. Definitely would return. Close to airport just 15 minutes by car. But not too close to be bothered by aircraft. One night we had a freak weather event and were stranded at the beach restaurant. The general manager Nikhos drove down to collect us, very nice touch. We would literally have been drowned rats by the time we had walked back!! Very relaxed, laid back and good value.

This is a small ,well-run hotel with views over Lixouri and the sea . Each room has a blacony which is perfect for sundowners . Lovely pool , clean rooms all contributed to our great stay . Situated halfway between Argostoli and Lassi , away from the noise , and close to airport . We can really recommed this to everybody .

My stay was most pleasant and hassle-free, beyond my expectations. Everything was either arranged (pick up from and drop off to the airport) or easy to arrange (recommendations what to see and do in the area), and it made my experience first class. The apartments are well equipped, there is a swimming pool for those moments when going to the beach is too much effort. The town is about 1km away, either a nice walk or a short ride, and I preferred it that way. The view from the rooms is stunning and, most importantly, everyone is very welcoming and helpful. I plan to return and highly recommend the place to anyone wishing to stay in Kefalonia.

We spent 10 days traveling around kefalonia staying at different hotels all over the island, so it's worth mentioning that booking a hotel which was more in the style of a traditional package holiday for our last two nights was probably a bit of a mistake on our part. The Pros: - big room and ensuite -nice views -big pool - polite guests - good parking - clean The Negatives - dated decor (might not put everyone off) -dated facilities (pool beds on their last legs, kids pool drained, shoddy fixtures in the rooms) -bad wifi connection (none at all in our bedroom) -uncomfortable beds and pillows -noisy hallways (just from people walking and doors being shut-echoed really loudly into our room) -below average breakfast. - location was quite remote. This would be great if you chose to stay at the hotel and use their all inclusive option (the beach is walking distance), but we ended up driving to restaurants in the evening as there wasn't a village in walking distance.

The rooms are very dated, not what they appear on web site. The room was not seviced/cleaned in the 3 days we stayed. Location was isolated, you would definitely need a car. The internet sometimes worked. The worst accommodation we've had travelling in Greece (5 weeks). Definitely NOT recommended, can't understand how it's got such a good rating.

Okay to stay in order to catch the early ferry. Not much else. Sea Side view is indeed there but not so much. Rooms facing the sea will certainly have a great view.

So in love with this hotel. The room was huge and the view is amazing facing the beach. The staff was so helpful. The manager and the owner was so kind. Location is quite far from skala but the hotel provide free shuttle to the town and also will pick u up as well.

We love being in the heart of the city of Argostoli. The hotel was clean and comfortable and not noisy considering where it was located. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast each morning was excellent. However, the men smoking in the dining area at night while watching football was an absolute turn off and would be a problem for most. The whole hotel smelled of cigarette smoke each night after they were finished. This created a very negative feel to the hotel which was so well run otherwise. A shame to spoil such a good reputation.

Very large rooms with nice views and a large kitchen, great value for money, but you must have your own car.

The stay in the hotel was great. The rooms are large and it has a swimming pool. It is ideal for couples and families. No matter where you stay you must rent a bike or car as you will need it to move around!

The Apartment was clean and more than large enough ....I was travelling alone and had 2 bedrooms at my disposal for an extremely fair price. ..The owners are a lovely Family who are helpful and kind if needed ..but absolutely unintrusive if not ! The Apartment was cleaned regularly and I could not have asked for more...I was given a lift to the Airport on my leaving day. Thankyou !! Aristos, Maria and Yannis....I will be back !!!!

Not far from center of town. Lady that owns the property is very nice. Breakfast not so good. Place looks a little tired

The hotel is not where google maps locates it. We arrived on the ferry at 1am and spent too long wandering around in circles looking for it. Luckily the locals are very nice and helped us find it. It is actually at 21 Vyronos street, a couple of blocks up from the main street. Very quick walk from the port, don't bother with a taxi. Only stayed one night on our way somewhere else, was more than adequate for this. Basic, clean, simple. The shower isn't mounted on the wall which annoyed my partner, but that is common in Greece. It's hand held, with no shower screen so expect a wet bathroom. Worth it for the cheap price.

The room was great - good quality and plenty of room to sit inside or on the balcony. The location was very useful, a short walk to the main pedestrian street of Argostoli and right next to the bus stop to Lassi and a supermarket. The staff were very helpful and friendly! Would stay again, definitely recommend

Near the airport and very nice hotel...In the morning have breakfast in bedroom and i love so much the breakfast...

This is not the newest or fanciest hotel, but I loved every minute here. The view of the ocean and the quite garden were nice perks. What truly made our experience wonderful was the host who helped us immensely. Wonderful. Would stay here again
