Gloria Hotel is a good value for money in comparison to other hotels in Kigali. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the food is good in comparison to other Kigali hotels. The breakfast buffet is really great and served on a nice terrace overlooking the hills around.

PROS: - Near Khana Khasana - Really cool restaurant at top CONS: - We booked through Agoda for 2 people, but then they charged us an extra 30 USD saying we had only booked for 1 person. It felt like a bait and switch. A bit of "customers always right" might have been helpful here. We didn't bother arguing - The rooms have a window over the door into the hall. During the night, it's very bright in the room.

First off the service is top notch. Amazingly attentive and friendly. The hotel is clean and the food at the restaurants is really good. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Stayed 3 nights at Inside Afrika on a recent business trip. On arrival the place looked a little 'tired' and needing some TLC. My room had two lights that were broken and my shower leaked to such a degree I had to use another room to shower. Location is great and staff friendly is the plus side, and it was clean. So many good boutique hotels in Kigali to stay, I'm not sure this offered the best value-for-money.

This is the one of the only Hotel in Kigali which offers good clean room with Toilet Shower and Air Conditioner The staff is excellent and restaurant can serve Indian Makala Tea and Egg Bhurji

The hotel has a old musty smell everywhere, rooms, meeting rooms. The gym smelled of insecticide. The internet was poor, and frequently did not work. The staff were very nice but the upkeep is really poor.

I am very disappointed when I go this hotel he never give me room he say fully booked no have room plz send back my money I face lot of problem there he told me I don’t have confirmation this is fake booking plz return my money thanks

It was a very good experience. We had the opportunity of staying in another hotel before Rohi and comparing them even though they are supposed to be of the same class, its like comparing heaven (Rohi) and earth (the other place). Our kids totally loved Rohi and it is indeed home away from home.

Fantastic staff and good hotel - rooms small, but well appointed. Seems quite expensive for what you get, but it is new.
