"Overall, this hotel is alright for stay. However, one lady staff, calls Hafize Uygun, made us feel racism discrimination. The facilities of my room went wrong and can NOT use, and the room smell was so bad, but She was NOT help to change the room for us even I knew there are few available rooms, and her attitude was extremely rude. After few mins debates, another staff calls Cagri Simsek helped us change the better room, and his attitude was very polite. For hospitality industry, I think the staff like Cagri, is more suitable for this position. Meanwhile, I think the hotel management should review about this case, and respond here regarding your decision on what was happened to us. I think public will understand more about the hotel management."

"There was no problem with the Otel. Everything was fine. The otel stuffs, the location, breakfast were very nice and satisfactory for my family. But i came across with suprise when we arrived the Otel. We booked hotel via Agoda and the website guided us as 2 person+2childreen standart room. We thought that if the web site offer this room for us, it is suitable for my family. Because there was no restriction to reserve this room. I thought that there were one double bed+one single bed. It was ok for me for 4 people-family. When we arrived the hotel, we suprised. There were only two beds and both of them single. It was impossible for 4 person-family to stay in there. We said this situation to otel stuffs. They said me that it wasn't first time. Like me, many people had booked the room before and they had suffered from this misguide. The otel stuffs said that they informed the Trivago many times, but this mistake still continues. As result, i paid extra money to get suitable room"
