Find Hotels in Liberia, Costa Rica

We stayed for one night after a late arrival in Liberia. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable. Bathrooms and hallways are a little tired but the experience with the friendly staff and the breakfast and morning by the pool was just what we needed. WiFi is free, breakfast is not. Their workout room is better than many I’ve seen. We will definitely stay here again on our way out.

If you're staying a night in Liberia to rest up from your travel day... it's perfect. they pick you up from the airport and the son was waiting for me at the outside gate. the family is very pleasant, the rooms very clean and had all the things you need for a night... a/c, fan, cable, hot showers... and the villa is only 1km from the central park area. they even have a coffee/breakfast spread for you in the morning and can book tours for you in the morning. i will definately be staying here when i fly back to canada

After many flights we arrived hot and exhausted. We dumped our bags in our room and jumped into the lovely pool. Dinner and breakfast were delicious and the staff friendly and helpful. Recommended.

Set up on the slopes of the volcano, within its own forested area, Buena Vista lodge is a great experience for a few days. Although it also caters to outside tour groups (making it busy during the day), there are lots of things for the hotel guests to do. The forest walks are great - a network of hanging bridges allow you to get up to just below the canopy and be on a level with howler monkeys and toucans. An zipline tour through the canopy gives that extra thrill. At the end of the day, the sunset over the Pacific gives an extra buzz to a cold beer at the bar. Food at the restaurant is good and well priced. The buffet has a good range and tasted great. The staff are friendly and work hard to make your experience one to remember. No faults at all.

I was staying in the 'double room' for one night and was very happy with the room and the hotel in general. The room was super-clean, well maintained, newer AC unit, updated bathroom with newer fixtures. The hotel itself is within 10-15 min walk from the bus terminals, lots of restaurants, bank etc. within easy walking distance. The staff was polite and attentive and spoke good English. Overall, a very good place to rest after a long flight to Liberia.

great restaurant for breakfast and dinner,very reasonable and good costa rican dishes, rooms very clean and efficient, staff very accomodating

The Hotel is nice, room big but the staff hardly spoke englisand we did not fill like they welcome us. Breakfast was poor.
