Find Hotels in Lusaka, Zambia

I was charged three different rates, with a difference of $30 between the price advertised and booked against. This was explained to be normal practice to reflect higher or lower occupancy rates. I do not accept that this is a fair practice and the increase took me outside my per diem rate. I only found out about this at checkout. I think it is disgraceful that because other guests book after I have made a confirmed booking, my rate goes up, and it was not clear on the booking or at check in. I feel really taken advantage of and this spoiled an otherwise very pleasant stay

it was good but there was no wow factor, everything in the room was the same as one would find in any standard hotel, as a 4 star hotel I felt that they lack something, which needs to be looked into. otherwise I have one hesitation in recommending this hotel to anybody.

my stay at the intercontinental lusaka hotel was extremely positive. i stayed in lusaka on a business trip and i really appreciated the good service and the good conditions of the intercontinental hotel. the location was excellent , and breakfast and room service was delicious. for sure i will return to intercontinental lusaka hotel for my next stay

We spend a couple of days at the Best Western Hotel in Lusaka during the Easter Holidays. The hotel was very good, staff extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay!

My daughter and I stayed at the Cresta Golfview Hotel during an overnight flight stopover in Lusaka. Check-in was a slower process than necessary but everything else during our stay was excellent. Our rooms were spacious and well presented, staff members were all helpful and friendly, and an extensive breakfast buffet was included in our online booking. The hotel concierge approached us during breakfast to check that everything was satisfactory during our stay. My daughter was delighted with the treadmills in the well equipped gym which she used as a recovery session from her recent Victoria Falls Marathon. We’d definitely recommend the Cresta to any travellers requiring an overnight hotel in Lusaka.

I paid for my booking in full. The check out took more than 30 minutes and has still not been resolved. The Hotel claims not to have received the funds from Agoda and I am being held hostage at the lobby. This issue is between the agent and the hotel and I should not have to wait around for it to get sorted. In terms of the hotel it is a good, new and clean hotel but the location is not the best. In the heart of town but not in the safest of areas. It seems out of place relative to the surroundings. The staff definitely need to work on customer service!
