"It was good, but I'd give it four, not five, stars. The bed was lumpy, service was friendly but not always easy to find, and there were renos happening right outside my room, so I had to keep the drapes shut. The hotel is beautiful and is a destination itself."

"Actually the hotel is nice, clean and well located with nice staff. BUT: The machine for the aircon must have been located on the roof right over our room 509. We were on the top floor and at first we were grateful for that because it was quite and no noise from outside... But in the night the loud throbbing humming sound from the roof went right to the bone and finding some sleep was a real challenge! Otherwise the hotel is good enough for a short stay in Marrakech. "

"We arrived late, tired and in need of a hot shower, which was available. Although the room did contain a French window, it did not give us the view we had expected, being at the back of the hotel. In the end, this proved to be much better, far away from the street noice. Big room with TV and great beds, but furniture in need of replacement. Big advantage was the bar downstairs with alcohol availabe, not so easy to find in a islamic country! "
