I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel though I stayed only 1 night unfortunately. due to the time limitation. I recognized that the hotel is * very clean * spacious * good staffs * comfortable * good locartion I will stay again if I visit there.

this hotel has everything you can wish for, except free wi-fi, which is a bit strange since most hotels in mexico city offer free wi-fi and still are less pricey than the the hilton reforma is charging per night. difficult to find out why. hilton policy? but the location is great and the room, spacious and silent, with a spectacular view (if you are high up) is perfect. almost: my wife checking if anything was missing on the list of enumerated facilities discovered there was indeed an ironing board for ironing clothes in the room, but no iron. well, it sets the standard, not even the hilton is 100 per cent perfect, but had i lifted the phone i guess they would have brought that iron within a few minutes, if not seconds! i would highly recommend this hotel and will book room for another stay when returning to mexico city.

I will return to this hotel whenever I visit Mexico City the next time .... great location. Good breakfast buffet

Great hotel with excellent service. Room was so clean and beautiful. In s lovely area. Highly recommend. We missed the breakfast because we were too busy exploring Mexico City but it looked outstanding

The couples massage was perfect. It was the best. The entire staff completed the weekend. I rate this as the best hotel experience I have ever experienced.

Perfect hotel for a short stay in Mexico City. Right on the Zocalo and easy access to everything. Very nice accommodation for the price.

Located in the historic city city offers this hotel the charme of the last century. Nice, clean rooms and nearly located of the big temple and the cathedral of Mexico city. The hotel also offers a restaurant and a nice small lobby bar

This was my first trip to Mexico City in many years, and the W hotel did much to make all my concerns go away - and made my week long stay very comfortable indeed. Well located in the Polanco neighborhood - close to the highways - but also to great restaurants and shopping areas - the W hotel is a relatively small hotel offering superb service all around. To mention just two examples: first, I have relied on the advice of the concierge staff almost daily - they were unfailingly polite, helpful and knowledgeable; they were so good that I want to thank them by name - Mrs. Efren Anaya, Jesus Garcia and Yoshio Honda. Second, I checked out in the morning - but my flight was a late night one. The hotel staff were happy to let me use the shower and relaxation facilities of the hotel SPA nonetheless - which was a great help towards a long flight home. In short - great hotel, highly recommended!

Too noisy: dogs barking, water pump on and off day and night, windows facing the stairs you could hear conversations between staff and other clients Poor privacy you must keep all blinds shut hot water on and off no phone close to bed no TV service (only netflix)

Hotel El Salvador is located a stone 's throw away from the historical centre of Mexico City , very walkable , approx 5-10mins . Even through the neighbourhood it is located in is not as commercialised , we see police patrolling and don't feel unsafe . The hotel is clean and modern . There is wifi and computers for use. Only problem we encountered was that almost all their staff spoke Spanish , mainly or exclusively . Not a problem if you know Spanish , but we did not and had a bit of difficulty communicating

Good location, correct hotel, nice and professional staff, poor breakfast choice. Agoda should make sure that the reservation staff get briefed about the payment so do not charge us as we already paid through the platform.

I had a very pleasant stay in this boutique hotel where the staff was really nice, the room very functional and spacious and the hotel is ideally located in Condesa, a very nice area in the center of Mexico city. I had my breakfast every morning with the sun on the rooftop. And there is a washing machine and dryer in self service for free, awesome. Uber takes you anywhere very easily and Polenko and Roma, other very nice and safe areas are close.

We did not know Mexico City and needed a place for one night before going on southward. We took a shot in the dark and were delighted by the result. The hotel is two safe blocks from the central square of Mexico City -- Zocalo -- and a very quick walk (<10 minutes) to the pedestrian zones for shopping restaurants etc. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room, while quite small, was well appointed. The complementary breakfast was an astonishing all-you-can-eat buffet with Mexican and Western, veggie and carne, fruits and limitless great coffee. We don't think there is a pool or other extra amenities

Great stay. We had to catch an early morning flight and were coming from outside Mexico City, so we decided to stay there and loved it. The restaurant was OK but the staff were very friendly, the rooms are very spacious and well appointed, with modern decor. There were a couple of minor shortcomings, like there being only one robe for two people and no slippers, but everything else, including internet connection, worked well and the bed was comfy. We also felt for the quality level, the price is a good deal. We loved and plan to stay there again for future early flights. It beats an early morning ride in a taxi before your trip.

The hotel is very convenient who needs to stay or has business in Col.Santa Fé, Deleg.Guajimalpa. this area has several business offices and also a shopping Mall, one of the biggest and high end in Mexico D.F. Nice set up, nice people and decent service, honoring the 4 stars they claim.

It is next to the USA Embassy. It is an older hotel, but up to date and next to the USA Embassy, so no fear of any problems that would occur.

Stay was absolutely perfect, great hotel by all merits, attentative staff, excellent rooms, design, really top notch hotel... only minor was not linked to hotel itself, Presidente Masary is being renovated and it is very hard to walk with the extra baggages on your way to hotel

Location is excellent, plenty of bars and restaurants within a block or two, and the hotel is stylish and modern, we got the junior suite which was perfect. We did have an issue with staff waking us up at 12:30am to offer us more water which was odd and frustrating. Breakfast was average but overall I'd stay there again. If you're wondering where to stay in Mexico City like we were, Condesa and Polanco seem to be the picks. The availability of electric scooters everywhere made the sightseeing a wonderful experience.

We only stayed 1 night but it was a nice stay. The hotel is a little hard to find as there is no signage. It is a very quiet and relaxing place to stay with good service and a great happy hour deal on drinks.

I want to give the Casa Gonzalez a favorable review - there are many things that make it the perfect place to stay. Location for us was perfect. Short taxi rides to most places we wanted to visit and a leisurely walk to many neighborhoods like the historic center, Chapultapec, Roma, Condessa. Countless bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel has a very secluded feel, hidden in a lovely garden setting behind high walls. And the breakfast room is cozy, with beautiful stained glass windows and delicious food (not included in room price!). We stayed in 2 different rooms - 4 nights in a large king room at the beginning of our trip, and 1 night in a smaller twin room at the end. Both rooms were clean and comfortable. WiFi is strong and computers are free of charge in the reception area. It wasn't all good - there were a few problems and there is room for improvement. - the hotel is dated and ready for some improvements. There is no place in the bathrooms (we tried two room types) to place toiletry items. Adding some shelf space would be a huge improvement. - street construction has been going on during the night time for quite a long time (judging from other reviews) just outside the hotel. It is seriously noisy, even with ear plugs. - the breakfast restaurant opens at 8am. If you have plans for an early day or have an early departure, you are out of luck. The reception sells coffee after 6am. - there was an issue with the confirmed room price. Do yourself a favor and have a copy of Hotel and Agoda confirmations showing the agreed rate in your back pocket!! - guests should be aware that the hotel is not visible from the street and there is no sign at all. There is an intercom buzzer that you will never find on your own! The guy at the taco stand just outside the hotel can show you. The Casa Gonzalez is a unique property. I was turned off by the billing issue. That aside, I can recommend it as a hotel with atmosphere, garden setting, friendly staff and great location.

Love this place as it is walking distance to all the places we want to go & also accessible to most of the hot spot in Mexico City. The room is small as compare to the other hotel we have stayed in but it is still comfortable. There are free breakfast everyday & we were happy that they provide different Mexican dishes every morning so that we can try them out. It is inside the Historico Centrale of Mexico City. Shopping & restaurants aplenty around the corners. We also buy alot of stuff from their convenient store nearby. Money changer is also within reach if you have overspend. Recommended place to stay in Mexico City.

This hotel is centrally located in "safe zone" area of Mexico city called Polanco. I stayed in club level room so I do enjoy the benefit it brings including breakfast in 39th floor where I can view the beautiful Mexico City in the early morning. The service is good and attentive. The breakfast comprises of quality food but the variety is quite limited and no salad at all. The room is clean though rather small compared to other hotels in the range of US$400! It has a big window so I can watch the beautiful city of Mexicon day and nights. I like it. The bathroom is decent with limited supplies of soaps and shampoo and the like. In general, the room is fine. The only problem that I already learn from previous travelers is the noise of door closing from other rooms. I checked and found out there is a big gap between the floor and the door so most of the time, I am waken up by heavy noise from other doors closure. I think the management should look into this matter, otherwise it is difficult for guest to get a nice sleep.

The room was clean, the location was excellent(you can have access to the metro, Zocalo square, the National Palace and the Metropolitan Cathedral) and staff were kind and friendly. However, the room didn't have a mini fridge, so I couldn't keep my water and drinks cool in hot weather in Mexico. Also, every night when I came back to my room after my schedule, I had to find that the card key doesn't work and go back to the front desk to renew the card key, EVERY NIGHT! Hotels in Mexico city are not very expensive in general, so I think you can find better options other than this place in a moderate price range.

-Excellent breakfast, perfect location for easy mobility via metro or bus. -Very close to COYOACAN, lovely area for a day or night out, dining, people watching, etc.. -Very clean and well designed spaces. Staff helpful and friendly but not pushy. -Occasional power outages (for seconds) strange, but other than that it was a perfect stay.

I was fly to Mexico City from USA... I had only hand baggage, and I found and I come to hotel with out taxi.. Hotel, ok it's colonial fashion, but to old! They should do renovation!!
