Traveling to United States? Find Miami Beach (FL) hotels

We were staying here one night post cruise. It’s very close to everything that’s happening in Miami Beach. It’s a really cool old historic building. I really enjoyed the view from our room as well. I will definitely stay here again.

Best location in Miami Beach. All staffs are very friendly. The only complaint is the check-in staff told me she will call me when my room is ready, but I didn't receive any call. I returned to her at 3:30pm to know the room was ready, wasted me 4 hours hanging around the neighbourhood of hotel.

Staff at concierge were extremely rude and unfriendly. Hotel is just a runaway for snobbish clients. Just a snobbish uncomfortable place to be. You can't walk around without being starred at. Other hotels in Miami Beach don't give you this kind of feeling. Negative experience. I will return to Miami Beach but for sure not in this hotel.

I like the hotel in general. The room we choose was Junior Suite King Bed - Ocean View. It was large room with nice balcony and relaxing amazing view. The bathroom was large and it has jacuzzi. The mattress of the bed was not comfortable and it seem to be overused but it was acceptable, not really bad. It was a nice experience and sure will come again.

Older hotel but great location and great for our family visit. The lobby and pool area are like a five star hotel but rooms need to be re- decorated that is why the hotel is affordable. Very close to what we needed. Self parking gets full but staff charged the self parking instead of valet price. Cannot beat a Miami beach hotel for under $100. We even paid for a city view and got a partial ocean. Only snag no coffee maker in room but Starbucks is in the lobby.

We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights! And I must say the awesomely well decorated suite rooms, friendly staff and cleanliness of the room and hotel made us so happy to be there! And 5 nights seriously wasn't enough! The hotel has 3 separate buildings and 2 pools! Just 5 mins walk to the famous Miami Beach that is so convenientlt located! There's even a 24 hours mini mart/deli across the hotel for your late night stomach fulfills! All the staff was so helpful and friendly except for a staff named, Arlene? If I got that right. She was the only staff working there that had a sour face and was so unhelpful! That didn't quite make my day! But the other staff came to the rescue in all our needs! Other then Arlene who was rude and mean (what makes it worse is she works at the front desk,the first face you see when you come) spoilt the image of the almost perfect hotel to stay in Miami ! The rest was a perfect great vacation !!! Will for sure stay at Riveria when we happen to head there again !!

The entire stay was simply flawless. From being greeted and led through the doors that opened automatically into the refreshingly cool, beautiful lobby. We immediately noticed that there was a wedding party, and understood why they had selected this venue. Check in was fast and courteous. We were in our suite within 5 mins of arriving to The Palms. We were both astounded by the beauty of our oceanview suite...the suite was plush. The fixtures, accessories, and layout made the room super comfortable and elegant. The bar was quite nice and being able to walk to the boardwalk and beach was everything one could ask for. Check out was even easier and more expedient than check in. Suffice to say, we'll be back!

Hotel is situated in great location on Miami Beach, however it wold require some major refurbishing to get me back next time. For people travelling with families: its pretty loud around so rather stay away...

My service was great from all the employees at the front desk . The room is really nice and it’s close to the beach . I love the complimentary happy hour they have daily. The only thing is the walls need to be thicker, you can hear everyone in their rooms as you pass by . The parking is a hassle . Which I’m aware the hotel was fully booked b/c of the holiday wknd so I was not able to get a parking spot between the blue lines. My 2nd night stay my rental car got towed. Which cost me 300. The hotel needs valet . Overall I enjoyed the hotel room and the amenities .

The hotel belongs to Art Deco style hotels which is very neat and the location is perfect. I was very excited before going to Miami beach. However, I was disappointed. The hotel is old, you can hear everything, every little noise. I can hear very well people walking on the floor above, as a result I woke up early and couldn't rest. You can literally hear every small noise everywhere, people talking, going up and down the street. In the evening, there was a loud music in the lobby, which also didn't allow me to sleep. When I went down, the receptionist was absent and I had to wait for a while. When I asked the barman, he was very rude. Generally, I wasn't happy with the hotel.

From the very beginning we arrived at The Confidante Hotel we felt very welcome and 'at home'. Marc Anthony gave us very good tips for our 2 weeks stay in Miami. From nice restaurants to great things to do. His natural way of communicating and hospitality to us and others is something that every hotel (manager) can be proud. Thanks to him we've discovered great places in Miami and had a wonderful stay for 2 weeks. As a surprise, he arranged campagne with strawberries and macaroons. It was just incredible.... The hotel is super clean, very nicely decorated and located nearby a supermarket, busstop, shops.. and THE BEACH! ;-) The food at Bird & Bone is tasteful. Compliments for the waiters and the chef(s). Best location in south beach area close to the beach , nice swimming pool , room is clean , bed is clean and comfort , room has good space and all equipments , i like the wardrobe . It s just like a little room .toilet is good too . Even the carpet is old but this is non smoking hotel so that s fine too breath and easy care for smell. Air condition work well . Nice staff in general except one of them i think its just the personel problem , not willing to help . It s a good choice for stay in south beach

Was there for an exhibition and the hotel was located within walking distance to the Miami Beach Convention Center,to the beach, Lincoln St Mall, Ocean Drive. Staff were friendly and the reception could even remembered my name :) Downside to the hotel is that it got noisy on a Friday night but then who sleeps early on a Friday night anyway?

This hotel is right in the middle of the Art Deco area in South Beach the you have the ocean right across the street. Walking distance to everything you need. Short and convenient Uber taxi rides to Little Havana, Wynwood Walls, Bayside Marketplace and other attractions in Miami. Highly recommend.

I was looking for a hotel located at Miami beach that provides beach chairs, umbrellas, towels (many hotels only have beach access but does not provide those). And I found Grand Beach Hotel. It offers what I wanted at a reasonable price. The lobby of the hotel looks newly furnished but one can tell from the rooms that the hotel has some age, but that's OK. Two great things about the hotel other than its beach facilities: (1) Its two pools at the ground level are heated during our December visit!! This is really great. Miami could be a bit cold in December but with heated pool, it feels like swimming in bath water. So comfortable. (2) It has two bathrooms in our one-King bed room. This is quite convenient when we came back from the beach and both wanted to take a shower at the same time. Overall I'd recommend this hotel. It's a good value for the money I paid

When I was booking this hotel, I was little bit nervous because of some reviews that I read, but now after my own experience I can say: excelent, off course hotel isnt the newest, but everything was ok, cleanliness, locations, breakfast, but the best is service, people are very kind, everything its well organized!

It’s a great place to be in Miami. However only downside is that they close the pool side area by 10pm. I got stranded couple of times and there was no one to open the doors. I had to find property contact number from emails and had to call them to send someone to open the doors. I love walking on the beach late night and this was just a total turn off for me !! Being beach resort what’s the point of putting curfew hours !! I just don’t get it !!!!

The hotel is basically perfection. Modern, clean, on the beach with an amazing pool. It has all the amenities of a giant resort but still manages to feel more like a quaint boutique. Perfect. We used the pool and gym and received 2 free drink tickets. If there is any down side, all this comes with a price, including extra resort fees, etc.

Good but expansive parking 20 additional USD (almost the same cost in whole Miami beach of course)

We travelled in the school spring break which makes the area very busy. The Circa 39 Hotel is about a 30 minute walk or 10 minute free trolley ride to Lincoln St. If you don’t like crowds and don’t mind excessive noise till the early hours of the morning the hotel is perfect. We were so happy we could visit the sights of the South Beach area but stay in a hotel that we could get a good night sleep. The rooms are big and clean, there is a courtyard for guests to use as well as a good pool area. We didn’t use the restaurant so I can’t comment except to say the meals and prices looked ok. We actual used the cafe deli next door which is very busy for breakfast and snacks and the hotel is only 40 meters to the beach which supplies day lounges for hotel guests. There was small problem for the other couple we booked for but The Manager Bryant was very helpful as was all the staff. I would be rebooking this hotel if we returned to Miami.

The pelican was great, our group really enjoyed ourselves. You can't go wrong choosing this hotel. The rooms were decorated very well with a different theme in each room. You're also directly across the street from the beach, they also offer free breakfast for their guest. Overall best hotel on the strip so far for me.

Super hotel, value for money, staff are very polite & helpful, 24hr walgreens more or less next door, couple of minutes walk to the beach, walking distance to many places & surrounded by shops.

Great hotel, everything is new ! Get greeted all the times by the front desk staffs every we leave or return from the beach, feeling very welcomed. The only minimal thing turned me off, BUT UNDERSTANDABLE, that they gave me an A4 8 by 11 rules page full of details and outlines all the fines right at check-in. Good lord I were shock haha. Upon finish reading, yes I do read every word, it just basic right things expected by all guests with/without such paper notice. They just make it more clear upfront then better not regret later kicking the ball of blames around.

the price is good, and staffs are nice. breakfast is basic but good enough for starting a day. the location is close to the beach, and you can borrow the chair and towels from the front desk.

Red South Beach Hotel was a last minute selection to enable an extended stay in Miami Beach. The hotel room was excellent with a separate sitting area, separate bathroom, and private bedroom. It was also quiet and clean - and the bed was excellent - A++. The price for a Saturday evening stay was excellent and a primary driver in selection. We were disappointed with the pool, as it fronts the main street and is rather noisy. The dining room is adequate, but more cafeteria style than pleasant dining. It is located in the middle of the lobby with limited partitions and with people checking in/out, going to/from the pool - it felt chaotic all the time. The majority of the employees were very kind and helpful, but a few don't seem to have any awareness - like vacuuming the lobby while people are trying to eat breakfast. A manual Bissel would have solved this - rather than use of an old, very loud vac. We would return - as long as the price remained below the other competitors.

I stayed here for the weekend by myself. Clean room. Subway, Walgreens other restaurants near by walking distance. Attached to beach. Simple. Great place to stayed if you are in and out of FL just need a bed to rest. Staff was great no complaints. Just wear flip flops/ shower shoes for shower.

The room and its amenities were terrific. View of the beach and sunset from our deck with two super comfy chairs. Water and chocolates at turn down. A spacious, two sink bathroom with a fabulous shower (with three sprays and a handheld). However, I didn't care for the scent that filled the air, in the rooms, elevators and public areas. It was overwhelming and sickly-smelling, like a cheap perfume. We had hoped for early check in, as we arrived at about 12:30, but the room wasn't ready until just minutes before 4pm. At least we had a great room once we finally were able to get settled.

The hotel is located in South Beach, direct access to the beach and 5 mn by walking distance of Ocean Drive. Rooms are only available at 04.00pm, standard is worldwide 03.00pm. No fitting room and the staff of the hotel tell you to use the restrooms for that... To take a shower after your check out is not possible as well. Then you can use the equipment before living but you will not have the possibility to take a shower and/or use a fitting room. The rooms at the top of the hotel, which should be promoted as the best, are very noisy because of the proximity of the air conditions systems positioned at the rooftop. Food and service from the bar at the pool are positively impressive. Service at the beach is very slow but the staff is nice.

We stayed in the 6755 property, got the two queen upgrade. Our room was beautiful and modern with a full kitchen. Under 5 min walk to the beach with access at 69th st and 64th st from the 6755 property. The main property is probably even closer with access off every street. Uber to south beach would be around $10-15 if you want to go to the main beach and restaurants which we did, but also quite enjoyed the local beach each day for quick dips every morning and evening! Happy hour at a bar near by for free drinks every night was a pleasant surprise! Just bring your room key! Our time in Miami was far too short!
