"Granted it's a bit dated but the room was clean had a coffee maker and an apartment size fridge. It's not glamourous nor did I expect it to be. For the fussy traveller, this is not for you. For those who need a place to lay their heads, it's more than adequate. It's on a main road close to restaurants, gas, shopping, etc. The king size bed was comfortable and had a desk plus a counter space. The pool, located apart from the main building, in the basement had the typical pool smell and humidity. I did not have the chance to use it, but my neighbour and his children used it and appeared to be pleased. The free breakfast came with both white and whole wheat bread, yogurt, four types of cereal, a couple of hot cereals, muffins, tea, coffee (which was pretty good), and three types of juices, which was more than plenty to start the day. This will be my go to place for Moncton. Great if you're on a budget."

"Great hotel, free parking, middle of town, good room. The staff is excellent! We forgot piece of important paper at the hotel, and realized it half day later. The housekeeping staff actually went through garbage collection to find the paper for us, we were so happy and surprised when they found it for us. That'really went above and beyond! So grateful for the excellent staff who works at this hotel!!!! Excellent excellent hotel"

"It was clean, There was a nice lounge onsite, Due to Covid-19 they couldn't offer their free breakfast. I kiddingly asked if the rate would be lowered because of this and they said know (they should have taken a few bucks off). As I said the room was clean but I noticed a few problems. The only lighting (other than the bathroom) were two sconces by the bed. More light is needed, The steel bed frame was in the open and I hit my kegs against it a number of times. They had an iron but no hair dryer. The room had a shower but not a tub. It was good for the price."

"Great hotel! We absolutely loved Chateau Moncton! The staff was very friendly and professional. The bartender even steered us to a great hotel where we had a delicious dinner. The rooms were scrupulously clean, big and comfortable. The bed was great. The location of the hotel right on the river is a perfect place for observing the tidal bore. We look forward to staying there again!"

"Close to the highway, quiet area, great for kids, very clean room, microwave, hot shower, good a/c, Tv and small fridge, comfortable bed, good breakfast. The only issue was that the walls are thin so you can hear everything next room over. Thank goodness it was an older guy that only had a 10 min performance left in him. "
