"I was a member of a family booking at Riu Montego Bay. Although there were several children and infants in our group, I was neither parent nor carer for any of them, therefore, I took a time out at Riu Reggae Adults Only. The décor and the establishment culture dovetailed with my aesthetic palate and protocol sensibilities; staff were professionally cordial and helpful and fellow guests were friendly. Although the establishment caters primarily for couples, a solo traveler (as I was on this occasion), need never feel lonely or marginalized. My major quibble came from the management's refusal to engage with me on my request for gratuity in light of my simultaneous occupancy at Riu Montego Bay. I hope they make a note of my complaint because I will book Riu Reggae again and I expect to be feted as a valued guest when I do."

"Wow where to even start. I absolutely loved this resort and my time there. The food is VERY good (having been to other all-inclusive resorts as well), the service is terrific and everyone is so so so friendly, the resort does such an amazing job trying to make sure everyone is happy and having a good time, and the facilities are very clean. I would hands down come back again and recommend this resort to anyone staying in Jamaica. Thank you so much for letting us have such an amazing vacation!"
