"We really like Wildebeest Eco Camp as it felt like a retreat from the busy vibe of Nairobi. We stayed at the Camp in a Cottage Suite upon arrival in Nairobi from Vancouver. Long flights and needed a place to recoup from Jetlag before we left on safari. This was a great place to do just that. Food was nice. However I'd recommend sticking to the traditional fare vs any western versions of dishes. Staff was super nice and the property was calm and peaceful. Lots of birds. "

"A nice hotel with all the facilities of a 5 star hotel. Great breakfast though the dinner options were not convincing for the demanding customer. The rooms are very comfortable and well equipped. A very good place to relax, transit or sleep while attending a conference or doing a transit over Nairobi. There is a very lovely and quiet swimming pool area but shame it is not heated. The hotel lacks green areas and entertainment. The hotel rates do not include breakfast. Expect to pay an extra of around USD30 for breakfast. Airport drop offs are USD25 and this also needs to be paid for. "

"My partner and I stayed in one of the studio rooms for two nights. The location is great for visiting the Nairobi National Park, and close to the rest of town by car *if* you aren't traveling during rush hour. Serah and Ronny and the rest of their family are fantastic hosts - they helped arranged a driver to take us around town for a day, were always available for assistance and advice about what to do around Nairobi, and they provided delicious food and excellent conversation. I highly recommend this facility for a Nairobi homestay experience. "
