The staff were absolutely awesome and helpful. We had some badluck on our trip: my colleague fell ill and I got mugged. In both cases the hotel staff was super helpful and caring. They have done their absolute upmost to make us comfortable. I cannot thank them enough. Further the a la carte food was excellent. Rooms were quite basic.
This is the place to stay in Nakuru if you are looking for an international standard of hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and fully equipped and the restaurant has a wide variety of cuisines. Quite reasonable price for this quality.
The pictures don't show the real beauty of the place where it is located nor the accommodation conditions. The road up to the hill was problematic, but it was worth of driving. The staff... no words - arriving after the dinner time was over, they were so nice and made us not just food but we could order what ever we wanted (fish, chicken and steak) and kids got their ...
Highly recommend this hotel if you want a welcome and comfortable staying in Nakuru. It’s The room I booked for 3 people quite spacious. And they made delicate breakfast taking away packages for us as we left very early in morning. Would definitely stay again!
