"Do not book this hotel. The room smelled cigarette. The staff did not change the room for us. The room has a cockroach. The worst hotel. I do not understand how they call themselves "Best Value". It should be "worst value". I warn you do not book this hotel. "

"I booked a room clearly stating in the room amenities that there was a Jacuzzi tub. When we arrived there was no jacuzzi tub. Only a whole extra room which we didn't need. I called the front desk and was informed the jacuzzi room suites had been booked and would continue to be booked for another week or so dating back to late April. The front desk connected me with the GM and explained my situation and told him I'd email him the booking number which for some reason he said woudnt help even though it was the only number I got from my booking. I emailed him the confirmation email and the confirmation on the app. He said he would get back to me. He didn't. I never heard from him again. The room was ok other then that but there whole reason I booked that room was for the jacuzzi tub. Disappointing."
