"Clerk initially said we had no reservation, then another person helped her and he said we had two reservations. The only one I made was pre-paid. The male clerk was nice, but neither apologized for mistakes made. Non-smoking room smelled like smoke. "Breakfast" is cold cereal. Close to fast food restaurants but not in a very safe part of Oroville. "

"Staff, price, location was great. People renting other rooms, at 10:00pm+ were fighting and yelling at each other. Same people had cars pulled together with head lights on working on the engine. The whole time they were fighting with a woman in a room. Yelling back and forth. Luckily I was in a room on the other side but I moved my motorcycle becasue of them. If I have been in any room near them, I would have demanded my money back. If things like that are ok there, I won't be back. Also, as I came in that night after dinner and the leaving the next morning, guys were just hanging out next to the office looking around and asked me for money. "
