It was perfect timing to have a room with a spa /tub... took care of a sore back.
Large rooms, comfortable bed, great breakfast (full breakfast with eggs, omelettes, breakfast meat, pancakes, fruit, oatmeal, pastries, etc. Nice pool and jacuzzi.
Clerk initially said we had no reservation, then another person helped her and he said we had two reservations. The only one I made was pre-paid. The male clerk was nice, but neither apologized for mistakes made. Non-smoking room smelled like smoke. "Breakfast" is cold cereal. Close to fast food restaurants but not in a very safe part of Oroville.
Small, old looking and smelling motel. Reasonably clean but smelled like a storeroom of a warehouse. Caulking around Windows had painted over dirt. Curtains were old and heavy. Parking spaces were very small. Just not a pleasant appearing location. Old and tired.
