"There was a leadership event happening at the hotel and it was very loud with cheering, singing, and shouting throughout the day, and into the night. The clean-up of the event included noise from moving furniture and setting up the room, until 2am. The staff were apologetic but didn't offer any remedies. My suite was very basic. Furniture was old and uncomfortable (couches, chairs). WiFi worked very poorly. It's a great location for seeing the lake. Very close to the main roads. Okay for one night, but the value for money is poor. "

"We stayed at hotel Utz jay for one night. The room was nice but seriously overpriced, the only problem with the actual room is that the shower didn't drain so you ended up in a pool of water by the end of it. At check in we felt the staff were rude and we decided to move hotels the next day instead of giving them more of our money. We found a comparable room a few doors down at a third of the price. "
