The Rose Hotel
"I found a last minute deal and wanted to be in the Pleasanton area for work. This hotel popped up and I found a decent rate for 2 days. The staff was so friendly from the moment we walked in, until we checked out. They have coffee, tea available all day as well as super fresh cookies, and muffins, and licorice. The breakfast was included and served from 6 to 10 I believe. It was really good and fresh. Rooms were nice, except for the floor around the toilet?? I hope was stained, cause it looked like no one cleaned it for a few weeks. But everything else was so nice I just looked past this. I would definitely stay there again, as well as recommended to anyone. And the location and town of Pleasanton was AMAZING. it was right on Main Street and near so many awesome restaurants and shops."Show more

Larkspur Landing Pleasanton - An All-Suite Hotel
"Very nice and clean hotel. The room was perfect with a very comfortable bed, almost full kitchen, large bathroom, and large TV with a DVD player. The staff was very friendly and the hotel is conveniently placed in Pleasanton. I would recommend and stay there again."Show more

Best Western PLUS Pleasanton Inn
"Reasonably priced for the area, but not for what you get. The room was clean and seemed to be renovated. Staff was friendly. We were originally booked in a smoking room, but they quickly corrected the issue. Breakfast was not good (few options, no bananas). The entire facility seemed tired, in need of updating or a lower price point. Also, location was far from downtown Pleasanton, and RIGHT next to the freeway; although the rooms seemed to block out the noise. The pool was unremarkable"Show more

Tri Valley Inn & Suites
"Accommodations are reasonably priced and the location is excellent for access to San Francisco, Oakland, and San Jose.
Tri Valley Inn is not a "destination" resort, though it has a pleasant pool in a quiet environment. There is an excellent Indian restaurant just a few steps away if you are there before 10pm. I will gladly make the Tri Valley Inn my "base camp" every time I visit the San Francisco area.
It turned out that when I had some free time, exploring the restaurants and events of the local area in and around Pleasanton was a great bonus. Very nice. Romantic even. (I'll have bring a guest next time)"Show more

Extended Stay America Pleasanton Chabot Dr
"We all know that Extended Stay Hotels can, by their very nature, sometimes resemble an apartment complex more than a hotel. This one is exceptional, however. I asked for a “truly non-smoking” room in advance, due to my allergies, and I actually got one. The room was large, super clean and very comfortable; with a nice bed, bath and living area, with a full kitchen. Reception and cleaning staff were all very nice as well. Thanks ESA Pleasanton!"Show more

AC Hotel by Marriott Pleasanton
"The staff at the Sheraton Pleasanton was gregarious and helpful -- wonderful.
While the room was just fine, the bathroom was another thing -- a lot of hair in the bath drain and single strands of hair stuck to the ceiling. My expectations of Sheraton are that the room will be fastidious, and that wasn't the case this time. "Show more
