What a great place to stay for a night. Good price, clean, quiet, and comfortable. Don't expect apartment style accommodation. It's just a great motel for a great price, and the free wifi was a bonus. I'll definitely stay here again if I'm back in Portland.

We stayed 2 nights in Portland at the William Dutton and although it was quite cold outside the room was nice and warm plus there was parking right outside our room. There's a new McDonalds a block up the road and a few other nice food options more into town. The bed was comfy and the TV had all the sports channels plus a few other lifestyle ones and we had a small kitchenette.

We stopped by Portland on the way to Great Ocean Road, and the motel gave us a surprise on the long trip, super big room, clean place and friendly service. we all did have a good stay.

Just north of the town of Portland, this motor inn offers a secluded space to return to in the evening. Clearly designed for turning in for the night, the inn offers free tea, coffee and biscuits in the room each day, and a good cable tv offering to relax before nodding off. The cleaning was great, but the floor could have been vacuumed a little more often, or to a better standard. Staff were lovely and very accommodating. We arrived late but this was no trouble at all. Overall a great stay.

Oh why did we only book for one night. This is a fantastic location if you want to be out of the city and enjoy a wild back to natural environment. The house which was built in the 1800's has some patina on the outside but inside it has be wonderfully modernised. Very comfortable just like moving into someone's home. Great for travelers to catchup on all the important things like washing, some self cooking / catering and just taking the time to slow down some what from your tour of the great ocean road. All the mod cons of comfortable easy living. Don't worry if the weather is raining or blowing a gale because the book shelves are well stocked with all sorts of interesting books. The beds are comfortable and the standard of the linnen towels etc is just the right quality. We would suggest you purchase some items from Portland like some food or ingredients beer and wine and plan on a relaxing stay. Self cook breakfast of eggs and bacon is a really nice touch.

A great find in Portland, great view on the bay, well appointed and decorated, first class linen and towels, high standard of cleanliness. A great bathroom and overall spacious accommodation. Super delicious breakfast and we enjoyed our glass of port! We would definitely stay again.

Well appointed room with a spotless bathroom, free wifi and comfortable bed in an historic building in the heart of Portland. Off street parking is availabe and staff are friendly and helpful.

This is a small holiday park in Portland. Staff are friendly, and were happy to assist me with some urgent document photocopying at no charge. We rented two cabins, cabins were of good size and were in very good repair despite being fairly old. Beds comfortable, kitchens well equipped. This holiday park is on Portland's main street, and very close to the beach.

Great for kids and rooms were clean and neat. Staff was warm and inviting and it was a comfortable. I would come back here again maybe in the summer so we can enjoy the beach.

We grew up in Portland so knew what we were getting! U can't go wrong with these appartments if you want views and location to town centre! They are perfect.

Poor lighting, No bed side lamps only main light at entrance to room. Have to take shoes off at front door before entering. House. Early risers was very noisy at 7am on a Sunday morning. In the house. Nice quiet neighbourhood and friendly host.
