"What I liked most about this place is that it has really good facilities, strong and stable WiFi throughout the building, which is huge and has lots of rooms/bathrooms, and good warm showers -- this is important as it gets really chilly at night in Puno. Another thing is that they can arrange for various tours of Lake Titicaca at very good prices, and the tour I took was very good. The staff are very professional and helpful. Also, provided breakfasts were delicious and good-valued."
