To be honest,Starwood hotels are generally pretty good, especially Aloft got a big room, bar area is quite good for young travelers, receptions were very helpful, only one pity is the breakfast is not included in our deal,at beginning I thought here is close to an airport,I was concerning about the noise, but that’s totally fine,a generally 9.5 of 10 I’ll give to.

Overall I had a great experience. I checked in with a polite lady and I also ordered food from their kitchen. The staff was nice and friendly. Room was clean. My issue: the housekeeping service woke me up at 8:30am. I had a check-out time at 12pm. I do not believe they should be entering rooms prior to a check out, unless longer stays, room needs items, etc. This real...

My issue: the housekeeping service woke me up at 8:30am. I had a check-out time at 12pm. I do not believe they should be entering rooms prior to a check out, unless longer stays, room needs items, etc. This really frustrated me. Then when I was getting items ready to leave (I had to take 2 trip for my items to the car). The Do Not Disturb sign was on the door to prevent anyone from going in until all my items were in my car. I saw housekeeping look at me as I moved my first trip. After my first trip, I grabbed a cart to finish getting my things, when I had come back. The Do Not Disturb sign was inside my room now and the housekeeping cart was directly outside my room. I could tell they went in momentarily. However, they should not have entered at all with the sign and still before my checkout. Needs to be addressed. Overall good

As usual with Holiday Inn Express is a modern well appointed hotel with spacious rooms. A friendly welcome makes for a good start and the hotel upkeep is first class. A good choise of equipment is supplied in the on-site gym. Breakfast is fresh and there is a good choise of fare. The hotel is set in a town edge plot along with a good choise of restaurants and bar...
