"Facilities were very clean, stay was great. Only comment I would make - hotel should really consider discernment on large group/convention bookings. The 'Furry' element on the weekend of my stay providing visible discomfort to many customers - I didn't personally care, though it was a little noisy during late night hours, and a little disconcerting to have people in costumes lounging on floor near elevator - I can see where that would be especially intimidating to parents with children."

"Stayed for three nights. Should have left as soon as I checked in. This was by far the worst motel I have ever stayed in. Got to the room old food in the fridge, microwave dirty, one towel and one facecloth, no plug for the bathtub, TV didn't work, wifi didn't work and room filthy. The girls at the front desk tried to be very accomodating. I had a friend stay with me the second night, she pulled the bed covers down and there was dirt and hair in the bed, absolutely disgusting. We had to change rooms, again wifi didn't work, TV didn't work, certain plug ins didn't work, microwave filthy and the fridge didn't work. I will never use Agoda again if this is the kind of crap they are putting out there for people. "

"Spacious and clean room. The shower was nice and had a nice flow. The bed and pillows were pretty comfy. I really liked all the space I had in front and between the beds. I often get stuck in a small room with two queen beds and very little walkway space. There was a good sized dresser and the tv had Shaw cable with plenty of channels (and a menu guide). There was a hot and cold breakfast. The hot breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs, sausages, premade omelettes, sausage patties, and one minute pancakes. The cold breakfast was the usual oatmeal, cereal, bread, hardboiled eggs, yogurt, etc. I went here for training for my job so it was me and my coworker. I have family in Red Deer so I doubt I'll be staying for anything personal but if I ever had to come again in the future for business, I would definitely come to this hotel again. The staff was very friendly as well and said hi whenever they walked past. Great price and great stay. Would recommend!"
