Have booked there 4 years now and each year there have been issues- we had to move three times again this year- first room, the aircon was broken as well as fridge , second room the shower was missing part of the door so water went everywhere- third room fridge wasn’t working- the heated pool was not heated again this year- the put-put was in disrepair, as well as tennis court and games room was not there anymore- nothing for the kids to do- breakfast was not as good as last year- and we were only told the bacon was off after we had already eaten it- resulting in my kids and I being sick- have to come to rustenburg for tours again but won’t stay there-

did not know what to expect when made the booking, but best decision i made. staff were extremely friendly, helpful and all smiles. only 20 minutes from sun city and pilanesburg game reserve. i have recomended this place to my friends who are visiting south africa in november, and i would not hesitate to stay there again. 5 stars.

Positive: The staff are friendly and they get things done quickly when you ask. So in terms of assistance and friendliness, they were good. The breakfast was not too shabby as well. The area is quiet and the garden of the establishment is really nice. The rooms we got were spacious. We checked in a bit early yet they did not charge us more, nice. Not so positive: The pictures of the rooms were from when the establishment was new as when we got there. The rooms smelled stuffy/worn out. The furniture was so old and the couches were torn. The blankets did not smell nice at all. One window was not functional. The drapes weren't pleasing. The shower-heads don't disperse water evenly:( The WiFi was not available at that time and told it would take a month for it to return due to the storm that hit the area two weeks prior. Overall: It was somewhat okay for the price I got. It is about 20min drive from Sun City Resort. There aren't many eateries close by though.

The hotel was perfect. Staff was excellent and the owner, Marthie, was great to chat with and passionate about her business. Hotel is also set up for business conferences, so with the rooms in the same grounds, perfect for that business meeting. Hotel is set off the main drag away from busy and noisy traffic. Less than a five minute drive is a local retail area with bars, restaurants and shops. Security at the hotel was spot on. Cameras throughout and easy quick moving gates.

Top class welcome; top class Hotel..Th eservice from staff was wonderful!!! Best place to spend a vacay or baecation...... The Bed was soooooo Bigggggg and verrryyyyyyy comfortable... We are most definitely coming back for another stay

Great rural setting, feeling away from it all, yet within convenient 10min drive from Rustenburg. Pleasant garden/grounds layout with small pool, chapel & small fruit orchard. Rooms are tastefully decorated & exceptionally neat. Only gripe: mattress could be a bit softer. Breakfast is something special & memorable. Recommendable at the price!

The freedom we had on the guest house was amazing, the room was big enough and it had everything we(my wife, our son &I) needed.

Very neat, very clean. Such beautiful views and loved the birdsong. Was very peaceful. Alan and Jenny were the perfect hosts and made sure we had everything we needed to ensure a very happy and comfortable stay. We will definitely be back.

It was wonderful. Joanne is very friendly and helpful. The view is fantastic and it is very quiet. Really enjoyed the weekend. Saw Giraffes zebra and lots of other buck. Even Eland and rooihartbees. Wonderful experience.

The guest house gave such a wonderful welcome and since it was our anniversary they went out of there way to use rose petal over the bed wishing us, Room nice and big neat and well equipped To cater for self catering Breakfast was really amazing As for the view and site was increadible

This really is a super place to stay. Family run, the manager Charmaine and her lovely schoolgirl daughter, Amber, made us feel one of the family immediately. Easy to find with on-site parking, the place was just right for us to go out on sightseeing trips and game reserve drives. And the breakfasts ... amazing, especially on our last day when they made us a take-away breakfast with a handwritten "Bon Voyage" message on the packaging. Wish we could have stayed longer than we did.

My wife had a morning appointment at hospital and was expected not to it. The manager went out of his way to prepare a take away for her. When we returned the plates, she allowed my wife to have a two hours rest even though we had already booked out

The place is modern, they have great breakfast too. Few minor maintenance issues were raised with reception on checking out. That free car wash in the morning was appreciated.
