This hotel sit in the best spot in Santa Ana, that near the J.W. Airport. Staff is great, all smile and welcome. Pool and Gym are great but a bit far from elevator. One downside here but might be common is parking, you have to pay even you are the customer who stay at the highest ground.

Arrived Friday, 11/9/18 for a 2 night stay. I was pleasantly surprised that I was allowed to check in early (@8:30 am) w/o paying a fee. The front desk rep also invited me to enjoy breakfast while they got my room ready. Would definitely stay here again. I am a frequent traveler to Santa Ana. I often stay at all the different hotels on Hotel Terrance - Best Western...

Was the worst stay. The TV didn't work in the room, and it was very cold. I requested a heater, and it never came all night.. They said they couldn't reimburse me in any way because I booked through a 3rd Party. I've had a few hotels through you guys, and have a few more coming up. Don't know if I should keep using Agoda and cancel my future booking, because in my futu...

I just stayed on night enroute from San Diego to LAX, checked in very late, thus no chance to explore the hotel. The room is very comfortable, no complains. The hotel footprint is quite large, so if you park your car at the wrong place, it will take a long distance to walk to your room. Breakfasts here are the real breakfast with waffles and sausage and eggs. There was a nice pool that was perfect for kids..clean and well maintained. Staff excellent and polite throughout.
