"The property and the staff were great but we were a little surprised about brand inconsistency. We have stayed at other Extended Stay properties in the recent past and were surprised that this one had significant differences. The room had no pots, pans, plates, hairdryer, etc. We were able to request all of these things and get them, but we had to request them when we noticed them missing and then wait. Moderately inconvenient but the staff acted quickly to provide the items. The one disappointment was the "breakfast." They opened a small cabinet by the front desk which had a very limited selection of grab and go items and there was no place to sit down and eat. Bottom line: If you care about the included breakfast, you may be disappointed. Otherwise you should be just fine. And for the price, we still felt it was worth it."

"I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this hotel and would definitely book again. The location is great as well and is close to many attractions. The staff is very friendly and they have a shuttle as well. There is a facility to exercise although the equipment could use a little bit more adjustment to be more effective. Also I enjoyed my breakfast here and my lunch is here. However there are two restaurants on site one known as the arena bar and grill and the second one be known as Vista restaurant. Both share the same Kitchen in terms of cooking that's what I was told by the staff. Whoever the crew is at night that cooks the food it really kind of sucks so don't necessarily expect consistency. Breakfast and lunch are fine in my experience. So you may want to go somewhere else for dinner perhaps or late night meals. Overall I would definitely stay again because I thoroughly enjoyed my stay my room was comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and I would recommend"
