"The first problem I had at this location was when I went to go in my room I walked in on people that were already staying in the room. The room was disgustingly dirty there were acrylic fingernails and used Band-Aids left the nightstand. The bathroom floor was dirty there was black stuff all over inside the shower floor and then when I called housekeeping to get soap I was told that we had to upgrade our room to get any kind of soap to bathe."

"This hotel is visible from the 15 South freeway , and is close to many fast food places, sit down restaurants and cafes, gas stations, Kaiser Permanente hospital, and Old Town Temecula. This is my first visit to Temecula and I was impressed with the way the city is designed. Old Town Temecula is a short drive away, Wine Country, The Alpaca Hacienda featuring tours on alpacas (family of the camels and llamas), Pechanga Casino and Hotel, and The Temecula Olive Oil Co store as well as Temecula Lavender Co are all within driving distance. The Quality Inn staff was just as the name states---Quality. They were warm, welcoming, friendly, and helpful if you tell them it is your first time in Temecula. Perry behind the Front Desk was awesome and he gave me a wonderful history lesson about Temecula. I will stay at Quality Inn again in the future."

"We stay a night here during our visit to Temecula for round of golf and winery tour. Check-in was a breeze, room was very clean, breakfast is simple but convenient. After checked out, we discovered that we have left a prescription glasses in the room and staff was helpful to let us return to room for retrieval. In a nutshell, we are very satisfied with our stay here. This is different from winery resort but location is close by and value for money."
