"Our stay at Mystica was wonderful The grounds are lush and the jungle room we stayed in was very private and comfortable. There were white sheets and duvet covers on the bed (I'm kinda weird about bedding) and they were lovely. The view from our bed was just jungle and we saw toucans and many other animals while sitting on the deck outside. It's a place to unwind, breathe and check out for a little while. The owner, Barbara was wonderful and very responsive and was there every day so she was always available should we need her. We didn't use the pool since there was a storm but it looked secluded and a romantic swim would be perfect there. The rain, and we had quite a bit, didn't stop any of our activities and in fact made it more fun, we live in Southern California so seeing rain is always welcome. In all it was a memorable and lovely experience and we would most certainly recommend this place to stay. Thank you again Barbara. "

"Great location, absolute center of Tilaran. But other than that not much to recommend. Super basic. Absolutely no extras. Bed, shower, that's about it. No coffee, no microwave, basic basic. Kind of pricey for what you get. Not terrible though."
