Listed here are some, but not all, of the things that were unacceptable: As soon as I walked in the room, I noticed a smell of mold, and then I noticed ants all over the shower. I was able to borrow some clorox spray from housekeeping the next morning, however, the ants returned several times during my stay. The door to my room kept sticking and was hard to open....

I was able to borrow some clorox spray from housekeeping the next morning, however, the ants returned several times during my stay. The door to my room kept sticking and was hard to open. The shower water would not stay a consistent temperature my entire stay. During every single shower, I had to adjust the temperature every 2-3 minutes to keep it from being scalding hot or ice cold. Construction on the roof and in the hotel was very noisy and one morning I was startled awake at 5:00am (extremely disappointing since I had asked ahead of time for a quiet room due to noise sensitivity). The TV reception was spotty or not received at all. Then to top it all off, the morning before I left, someone tried to break into my room (ground floor). The front desk said they called the police, but I doubt it (I was informed that Vallejo had filed bankruptcy and the police were very slow to respond). When I got to the front desk, she said she was already reviewing the security tapes (what else happened?) and she thought she knew who it was - possibly a guy looking for his girlfriend after they had a fight. Does this make breaking & entering less of a crime. Not in my mind. When I checked out the following morning, I mentioned that the screen was still on the ground. "I'm not maintenance" in a surly tone is what I got back. Getting a bad attitude from a hotel employee when my safety was at risk was certainly not appreciated. I will NEVER stay at Comfort Inn Vallejo again, no matter how much more money I have to spend. November 2016

We liked this place and liked that we were able to use Agoda gift card money on the same day that we made our booking. Thanks for saving us at the last minute :) And thanks to Agoda for helping us after our previous hotel cancelled our booking at the last minute.

The room was sort of clean, but moving one lamp, I discovered it was really dirty. There were no lampshades on the 3 lamps. The people in the rooms each side of ours were noisy, slamming doors, letting the engine of the car run, shouting. Seems they were actually living there, more than travelers. Young people spending their time in a car in the parking below our room. Not reassuring. The next day, when we went to the reception for the coffee/cookies (we were told there would be a little breakfast), the room was locked, and even after ringing the door, nobody turned up. So we could not give the key back nor have our breakfast.

Old, holes in the doors, stained sheets, reeked of smoke - not cigarette and marijuana. The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in - checked in late at night, got out first thing. Slept with my clothing in, in the blankets the kids brought, the pillow pets the kids had. I have no idea what the staff has to be so sweet about, but they were excellent. Fantastic, kind, helpful....

Fantastic, kind, helpful.... but seriously, I would recommend this place to my ex, and no one else!!!

THE hotel is close to business stores! You can just walk and buy foods. There was a mistake though when the front desk gave me the key. THE ROOM was still occupied inside. Anyway he gave me another.key and it was fine! My room was much better. IT WAS clean and I was comfortable. I was able to sleep and well rested in the morning. My worst experience in RAMADA Inn Hotel would serve as my idea OF HOW TO EVALUATE THE REVIEW OF HOTEL I'VE USED! BEEN to so many hotels and RAMADA INN HOTEL IS THE WORST SO FAR. THE CARPET SO FILTY AND SO THE CHAIRS. I DO HOPE AGODA.COM WOULD REMOVE RAMADA INN HOTEL ON THEIR LIST OF RECOMMENDATION! I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS RAMADA TO ANYONE. THE OWNER & MANAGER OF THIS RAMADA SHOULD DO RENOVATION OF THIS HOTEL! THE TV IS ALSO OLD AND NOT WORKING!
