Vinh Phu is a hilly province in northern Vietnam. The provincial capital of Vinh Yen is located 84 kilometers north of Hanoi. The land of this province is said to be the native land of Vietnam. It is crisscrossed by rivers and streams and the land bears several kinds of cash crops such as tea, Chinese lacquer, and a bark used in the making of paper.
