I was travelling for business, and found the lovely hidden treasure at a discounted rate, this was within my allocated budget (less than $150 per night) and although I felt a little naughty booking a "resort" for my business trip accommodation, I went ahead and did so anyway... What a delight! The online reservation process was easy, the check-in staff was friendly, polite, professional and helpful with suggestions on where to dine; the room was spotless, I could smell the beautiful sea air when I opened the balcony doors in the morning. Open or under cover secure parking is available too. I'll be sure to see if this gem pops up again if I have to be in Warrnambool.

Nice little hotel in Warrnambool run by a friendly couple. The room was very clean and spacious. Table and chairs, kettle, coffee/tea, refrigerator, iron and ironing board available in the room as well as storage space. I was very impressed with the hotels offering at such a good rate.

I always find Quest to be a suitable stay for independent people who don't need all the services and luxuries offered by hotels and resorts. This makes Quest an affordable place to stay, which is important especially on an extended road trip. Quest is always neat and tidy and Warrnambool apartments are no different. Comfortable beds and pillows, spacious enough for two people and a decent sized bathroom. Nice kitchenette in which to make your own meals if desired. Highly recommend Quest Warrnambool as it ticks these boxes and is well located on the main road that runs down the city centre. A short walk to shops and a nice but slightly longer walk to parks and the waterfront.

Will return to this establishment when back at Warrnambool. Special praise for the lovely Breakfast settings and the quality of the breakfast menu.

Hassle-free from booking to check-in and check-out. Good communication. Rooms have plenty to offer. Very clean. Quiet location.

This is a great motel in a perfect location close to shops, cafes, art gallery, TAFE, etc. We had the best night's sleep - king bed, beautiful quality sheets and towels - and the place was spotless. The shower was excellent too. After a few years of Air BnB (and some less than ok experiences) the Comfort Inn restored our faith in motels. Friendly service too!

My second stay at this hotel for business. Will definitely come back and stay at this hotel whenever I am in Warrnambool. Super modern rooms, comfy bed, clean and a huge size (I booked the King Deluxe) room. Wifi is very quick. Walking distance to the main shopping/dining area. Highly recommend this hotel.

This was my third stay in three months, and like each previous stay, the premises are very clean, staff are helpful, friendly and quick to serve, the private queen bedroom #11 was quiet and the bed comfortable. The room had a fridge, sink and cupboard, and a TV (I don't watch it). This time I tried the free wifi code but couldn't get it to work. I have my own wifi though, so it didn't bother me. Again, the check-in gentleman offered to carry my luggage upstairs, which was very courteous. I was grateful for the window that opens for a gentle breeze, a good blockout blind, and a quiet room, as I had a migraine and thankfully recovered in peace. Really great value and will definitely consider staying again on my next interstate trip to Melbourne via Warrnambool.

Nice place, has an AC/heater which is nice for cold weather. A little on the older side, but this is more of an observation than a complaint. No issues, arrived late and phoned up the number on reception, which was promptly answered and was advised about procedures to get into the room.

It was easy to find due to its good location and definitely value for money, the room I had was massive and clean. However, the bathroom had a slight musty smell despite the strong vent. And on the night when I arrive, it was pouring in Warrnambool so the unsheltered car park and limited covered walkway were not helpful. Otherwise, I had a pleasant stay and would consider going back.

The rooms were very spacious and clean but could do with a make over. Parking was on site and plentiful. The continental breakfast in the dining room was great value for money. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It was located on the outer suburbs, but there was a bus stop at the front for those without a car.

We booked online only hours before arriving, were warmly welcomed and given excellent advice (and a map)on how to get to the beach to see the whales the next day. Then a good suggestion for dinner that night. Breakfast was served when we were told it would be and was of an excellent standard. The bed was very comfortable and apart from only having one chair (there was a couch) it was of a higher standard than one would usually expect of a country motel.Tea and coffee making facilities and a microwave oven, free Wi-Fi access all added to the total package which we would recommend to anyone traveling to Warrnambool.

We booked last minute and found this accommodation provided reasonable cost and the location is very convenient as it's very close to most tourist attractions in Warrnambool. The host Ann is very helpful, she showed us a map and recommended a few places for us to visit, the hotel is clean. Very happy with the overall service.

Excellent stay and staff. My only negative feedback at all would be that there needs to be a different option for breakfast other than the restaurant opening at 8am. Doesn't account for early departures. As a Warrnambool boy myself, I have never stayed at accommodation in town before and this is a wonderful part of my awesome home town.

Stayed one night, would have loved to stay longer. Welcoming staff, easy to find, good size rooms and comfortable. On main road so easy access to everywhere. Good if you have car as easy to drive everywhere. Lots of things to see and do in warrnambool

We travel to Warrnambool frequently to visit family so this place is perfect for us because it’s more like a little home than a hotel room. It was exceptionally clean, the bed sheets were very high quality. The kitchen area has a full size fridge and a microwave. There’s 2 toilets and 2 tv’s divided between upstairs and downstairs. We’ve stayed at countless hotels in Warrnambool and can confidently say this will now be my number one choice. I had to call the number provided because my check in email was delayed and the man I spoke to was super friendly and helpful. 5 stars!

Friendly receptionist. We couldn't pick call as travelling along Great Ocean Rd and no signal on the way. I was trying to call at 8pm and she still reserved that room for us and helped us to leave key in the room. It's really kind of her.

Pleasant stay here. We probably got the (relatively) worst room downstairs at what used to be the end of the building before they extended it. The bathroom window looked at a new brick wall 10cm from the glass. Great shower flow, pressure and temperature though, and an extremely comfortable bed in a quiet location. Best night's sleep in a long time. Sign at the front of the building says they have Foxtel, but we couldn't find it anywhere on the TV.

Was only in town to go to the Speedway so only needed a bed. Close to all that it needed to be with easy access to Speedway. Great shower. Basin tap wobbly. All nice and clean except the 1 hair I found in the bed... However.... Beds really comfy! Thanks for a pleasant stay.

Lovely stay. Apartment as per photo. All apartment on ground level, no stairs to climb! Parking right at the door step. Clean and comfortable stay!

Property is two stories, very tidy, spacious, two bathrooms and lovely! both of us and our 6 years old girl loved it. Close to all the local shops and restaurants. Definitely recommend if you come to Warrnambool!

It was really clean and Quiet in the morning you can see the beach in the night uncountable stars. Also good location to shops and working distance to park with beach.

Being on the road a lot I am always looking for a place that feels like home. Banyan Place was exactly that. From the first point of contact with staff and the way I was treated to the fully equipped apartment, everything made me feel comfortable. Being able to prepare my own meals or walk to local restaurants was a big plus. Very quiet street but so close to everything. Will definitely be staying here again when next in Warrnambool.

The property is split into three rooms, and on the night we stayed there we were the only occupants. So we had the place to ourselves and it was great. Room was comfortable, lounge area cosy and the kitchen well appointed. Handy having a laundry as we had been travelling a few days so managed to catch up on laundry. The staff at Flagstaff Hill were very helpful. View was terrific. Overall a good experience and will recommend.

We only spent one night at this holiday village but I would highly recommend it for longer stays. We had a one bedroom deluxe cabin which was well set out with a separate bedroom, separate bathroom and a combined living/kitchen area. The kitchen was equipped with everything you would need to prepare meals. The place was spotless, the bed was really comfortable. It was much cheaper than any hotel room I could find in Warrnambool but offered so much more. Check in and out was quick and easy, and the staff were really friendly.

A friend and I were down for 3 days over the warrnambool racing carnival, and found the motel to be exactly what we needed. The rooms were neat and tidy, beds were very comfortable and although the bathroom was a little on the old side it was very clean. The weather during our stay was cold with it dropping down below 5 degrees overnight, but somehow the room stayed very warm without the need for a heater (which was supplied in the cupboard). The motel was nice and quiet overnight as well, which was great given how busy the town gets at this time. The motel is very well situated, being walking distance to almost all there is to see and do. Would definitely recommend the city heart to anyone needing a low cost, comfortable place to stay.

We like there and I would definitely recommend to my friends. It is the best place to relax yourself and stay closer to the environment.
