"The place is nice however I booked it on this website never had a problem before. It said $63 including all taxes and fees. I get to the hotel and I was charged over $80. I showed that it said includes tax and fees tried to say Well it includes a brunch. I didn't care about a brunch and from what I found out that the $63 also included a brunch. And again I didn't even want the brunch. I was looking for an inexpensive place to stay because I didn't arrive until late and wasn't really staying at the hotel very long. I think it's poor customer service when you're showing them what it says $63 that's what brought me to their hotel that's what I should have been charged instead of giving excuses. He tried to say that he was giving me a different room I said I don't care what room I get as long as I don't get charged over $63 by the time I signed for my card it was $80.00. I don't appreciate being overcharged. And because it was late I had no time to go find someplace else. "
