I would like to thank Viktoria, Anna and Evrika for the warmest welcome. They were very accommodating, ensured that i will have a great time not just in their hotel but also in this amazing country. They helped me booked my transportation and my tours. I am definitely recommending this hotel to all my friends and family. The location is just exactly where i want to be; it has a quiet neighbourhood but just a 5-minute walk from Republic Square, vernissage, Northern Avenue, and the Cascade. Perfect if you would like to relax after a long day of visiting armenia's tourist destinations. They also have an awesome selection of breakfast. The croissant was exceptionally good, a must-try. The pool and jacuzzi looks alluring but i was not able to take a dip. Anna in the spa area was also nice. I would certainly be back! :)

The hotel is not up to other Double tree hotels standards. Rooms are not that big, but clean. Do have smokers rooms and in the lobby you can smoke too. The management are too rules focused and really do not understand customer service. The bellboy, David, has excellent service skills and should definitely be given employee of the year, he was excellent. Management could learn a lot from him.

Perfect location in central Yerevan and service minded staff, a good choice when exploring Yerevan and Armenia!

The stay here was really perfect planned and excited by the hotel staff. I would recommend everyone to go for the this Hotel is you are planning to come to Armenia. It's is in center of the city so everything is acessible secondly even the staff are so friendly and helpful that you can really not feel that you having the difficulty of language.

I would recommend this hotel and restaurant to anyone. The breakfast isn't good but the restraurant for dinner is good. Staff is helpful and the private pool etc was exceptional.

The location is the only good thing about this property. The curtains do not cover all of the window, there are gaps in the Windows so a lot of noise comes through at night. The staff are rude and incredibly unhelpful. They pre charged my card, despite having selected pay cash on arrival and tried to charge for early check in without informing us of this. 100% avoid this place

We stayed in Yereven Boutique apartment located in the city. It is 5 minutes walk to Republic Square and has easy access to everything we needed (shops, pubs and restaurants) that makes our vacation hassle-free and relax. We enjoyed wondering around the city without any worries of getting home late. :) The apartment is equipped with everything we needed (except adapter, you need a type F) :D . We will definitely book this apartment again when we go back to Armenia

I did stay for 10 days, which is a lot by my standards. The receptionists were always very knowledgeable and helpful and their English was very good. They did give me a lot of tips and advises on how to visit the city and the rest of Armenia and make me feel welcome. The night porters help me a lot too, even with their limited English, also in a little unpleasant situation I found myself in, being a solo female traveller, and when I arrived in the middle of the night from the airport. The hotel is kept very clean and the rooms are very spacious. I love and miss the huge window in my room! The location is also very nice. About 10 minutes walk from the metro (3 stops to the centre), or a short taxi drive to the centre. The area is very safe. Breakfast was ok, not exceptional, but good standard and some variety. I do definately recommend this hotel!

I had already stayed a few days before in Tufenkian Dilijan Hotel and had already been unpleased with my experience. Well this property was 50% more expensive and much worse. Based on my experience I wouldn't recommend this hotel chain to anyone. Let me detail: 1. When you are asked to pay €100 for a supposedly 4 star hotel in the middle of nowhere in Armenia, you obviously have proportionate expectations. 2. This property was oldish, badly maintained, the duplex room was tiny and even dangerous with sharp metal objects everywhere, a steep dangerous staircase with a rusted railing, a smallish bathroom with nowhere to put your toilet bag, a horrible sewer smell and an air extractor which had stopped working a long time ago. No A/C. The springs of the mattress were quirky and my friend who tried to sleep in the ground floor single bed had a terrible night and woke up with strong back pain. When informed, the receptionist pretended to be surprised and said that mattresses were the beat quality imported from Canada. As if they couldn't have purchased the mattresses from an Armenian manufacturer while the Armenian economy is struggling and doesn't need such unpatriotic behaviours from Mr. Tufenkian. 3. Facilities advertised such as a billiard, table tennis or darts are in fact children sized. The description of the hotel is therefore severely misleading. 4. The poolside bar tables were always disgustingly unclean, with used glasses and ashtrays we needed to ask the waiters to clean before sitting. 5. The receptionist who spoke perfect English and French didn't even bother to present the hotel and its facilities upon check-in. He only handed the keys and collected the payment. 6. The cherry on the cake was the location of the restaurant ca. 500m away from the hotel to which we needed to walk even for breakfast. The receptionist argued that it was Mr. Tufenkian's concept to have guests walk through the village. In fact the dirt road crossed fields an

Even when staying in Yerevan, this property is well worth considering as it is only 30 minutes away. It is run by a NGO, has the nicest, kindest and most efficient staff I have seen in a hotel in Armenia, offers delicious food, and has nice spacious rooms. Furthermore, the value is outstanding. I am seldom that enthusiastic about hotels but this property is a must-stay!

Central location, spacios clean rooms. maybe will need renovation in a couple of years but now is ok. Nice lobby bar and free wifi in lobby and restauants. Italian restaurant has wonderful. breakfast is nice.

I will give 5 star for the location. I gave only 4 star because as every other places if you purchased your room with an offer they will give you a room without a view. Not a biggie but they should at least ask if you prefer a nice view or an upgrade. The hotel is very nice and cozy and it's ideally located next to the city centre. I walked from the hotel to the majis historical and touristic places. Very clean and the staff is friendly. Food portions are big when you order room service. They have a very beautiful restaurant called Sinatra with beautiful views of the city and a bar upstairs with what seemed to be a rooftop. Breakfast is also good with a lof of fresh fruit options. You can leave you luggage at the reception after the check out if you have an evening flight and go around the city. All in all I had a very pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend.

For the price, this has to be one of the best places I've ever stayed at if not the best. When I was shown my spacious room, I thought it was one of the common rooms. I couldn't believe I had such a nice room for such a low price. But the staff really make it such a find. Ask anything, and they will go to all lengths to help you. Any help you need with your stay, they'll go all out to help. I took one of their tours and it was first rate as well.

A lovely family run campground with a couple of small guest rooms. There are also covered shelters with camp cots for those without a tent if you prefer the outdoor experience. In a quiet and lovely setting near the Yehegis Valley. The outdoor camp kitchen is well equipped for preparing your own meals. Breakfast and dinner available on request although we chose to prepare our own meals. We chose an indoor room with 2 bunk beds (4 beds in total) which had a/c (which was nice as the room was warm) and a private bathroom with shower. There's a nice pool to cool off in and the owners are very friendly! Would highly recommend if you're looking for basic but nice, clean accommodation. Would definitely stay again!

I stay there for 7days . Easy to go everywhere in Yerevan. They are warm and friendly family. And cute cats. I think it's enough to stay here with this price. And nice breakfast. I recommend to stay there for ur trip

We stayed in a suite with a huge balcony. The rustic decoration was nice but lacked refinement. The huge balcony only had a table and 4 very hard chairs -flowers around the balcony would have been most welcome. Bathroom was smallish and shower 3 star style without even an Italian shower. Our breakfast experience was well below expectations: no juice, no omelette, no sausages, not even tissues when we arrived. I needed to ask the lazy waitress who was not overseeing the buffet and standing near the entrance doing nothing. It took her 15 minutes to prepare an Armenian coffee and an espresso. I asked for her manager to come and he was -rightly- apologetic when he heard about the situation. At the end of the day, the best moment in this hotel was at reception where the professional and friendly receptionist made us immediately feel welcome.

New hostel with good location, near metro station. Room is clean and comfortable, have locker and reading light. Staff is very nice and helpful. Also, there's atmosphere is very good to meet new friends.

I have been to a few hostels in Armenia on my last trip. And I would say Inter Hostel was the best of all. They seemed to know what they were doing. I think I will stay there again next time I am in Yerevan. One small wish is a little bit better breakast. I will keep my fingers crossed for your future endeavors. An F.I.T from S. Korea.

it was okay. great amenity (sauna and pool). wifi is great as well. a little bit away from city center.

this place is great, clean beds and bath. can get a little hot at night in the rooms but if you ask the staff they will turn down the temperature. staff is the best part of this hostel they're the most friendly and helpful people you'd ever meet. bonus: if you're staying here for the second time Mone will make you your favorite kind of tolma

A place of peace and tranquility!! Located right by the lake and the monastery, yet away from the noisy little beach restaurants by the tourist market. The owner has been very kind and helpful throughout my short stay! + the soviet style building has its own charm. An absolute no-brainer for its price range!

Super nice stay with this kind family in beautiful Tatev. My room was big and clean, bed was comfy, and breakfast was huge! I spend a few wonderful days in this place, I can recommend, and I’ll be back for sure!

I chose this hotel which had excellent reviews. Unfortunately my experience was very different. It started at check-in where the female receptionist refused to have the man next to her and doing nothing carry our luggage from the car to the room. The room itself was a mix of a basic old fashioned motel and a hospital room. The mattress was uncomfortable and the shower door was obsolete and difficult to close. The taps didn't even have a mixer and you needed to turn on the hot and cold water taps separately. Since there was no air conditioner, the window needed to be opened to cool down the room at night -not very reassuring at night when anyone could have entered the room through the window while we slept. The best thing was a good breakfast. I had also selected this hotel because the manager is known as an art expert. I had emailed him a few days before I came for him to organize interesting visits of galleries and artists during our stay. My email remained unanswered. When I met him on the morning and asked the manager for advice, he said he was busy and asked me to see him a few minutes latear. When I came to reception a few minutes later as requested and asked for him, I was told he was busy in his office and didn't have time for me. I found this gentleman's behaviour towards me extremely rude all the more I had a recommendation from a renowned French art collector. The cherry on the cake was the awful value for this hotel which is a 3 star property and charges as much as the best 5 star hotel in town! Based on my bad experience, I would definetely not recommend this basic property where I was totally ignored as a guest.
