Convenient location ”

Excellent location near restaurants and metro. This is a sight older building but they did a good job maintaining it, the front lobby area has a slight mildew smell, I guess from the heat and humidity of Panama City it’s common. But over all great stay, if the price is reasonable would definitely stay again.

Pros: friendly, bilingual staff; big, clean rooms; amazing views from room and rooftop pool; good food at the restaurant; well kept gym and sauna; great location. I don't really have anything bad to say about the hotel. Our stay was amazing and we'll be back next time we're in Panama City!

Really nice place to stay for a few days in Panama City.”

Great room with fantastic views of the city, huge comfy bed, nice bathroom, great rooftop pool and buffet breakfast. Good location with local bars, restaurants and shops close by . There is a subway station nearby and it is a nice 5km walk along the promenade to Panama City old town.

Great City View from the Roof Top”

Couldn't ask for a better hotel in Panama. Spacious room, bed is super comfy, pool on the rooftop with great city view. Best service from the staff. Will definitely come again.

Pros - near grocery store, Starbucks, restaurants. Good size room (upgraded me), comfy bed, good room decor, wifi, city view. Cons - area is a little "seedy" at night

When you enter the hotel at first you think 'wow' but if you look closer, you can see, that some things are a little bit run-down. But it's a great value for the money. The rooms are big, the shower is huge! It looks nice, the pool is good and the breakfast too. Especially the omlettes!! And the guy that makes them is super friendly!

Overall Pleasant Experience”

A slightly dated hotel but has been well maintained over the years. The rooms are very spacious with a comfortable bed. The pool area up on the roof is small and loungers aren’t the comfiest. We only ate breakfast in the hotel which was ok. Standard breakfast with omelette station, some cold cuts and bread. Small casino at the ground level is cool but expensive if you are stumbling in late at night after one too many beers! Overall was a pleasant experience.

staying in Panama City”

Out second stay at Eurotstars, and we were offered an upgrade at no cost to a very nice suite with a great view. I wish the hotel would offer face cloths (washcloths) along with their bath and hand towels.

The A/C in my room was not working properly and had to be switch to another room after having a warm night, don’t like the fact that your are restricted to the floors you can go in the hotel, staff at the front desk needs to be friendlier

Nice hotel but needs renovation”

Nice hotel in decent location. former glory could be restored by renovation. Carpet needs to be changed, Rooms are very large but empty of seating, etc.

The casino is closed and the 5 star restaurant does not have a fresh eggs chef. However the price is very competitive at $59 a night if you do not get charged the $50 “guest” fee which is hidden and not listed in their guest policy. I checked out 4 days early due to their policy. There rooms are clean and roomy.

There a guy very rude in the hotel. I don't recommend that hotel becsue they want to charge you for every guest 50$, although I was booking my room for 2 people but I was staying alone.

Could be great, but sloppy service and maintenance”

The hotel is nice with big rooms and great facilities, however lots of things were just old or broken. The hot tub and sauna were cold most of the time. Our mattress had a dip in the middle and was AWFUL. There was a bit of a sewer smell from the shower drain. If this stuff was fixed it would be awesome.
