Got in the room and found out that the floor not clean, with some rice dotted around the sofa. Called house keeping to clean up and the staff was kind and apologised for several times. I have to say that the first impression was not really good. However if you are a family travelling with kids or elderly, I think the whole Baha Mar resort is compact yet fruitful enough for everyone to have some good time.

Too many hidden fees!”

I have been staying in many hotels in the Bahamas and this is the first time I come across a hotel with so many fees! I stayed 1 night to pick up a fly in the morning but at the end, my night costed me 3 times the price of 1 night because of all the hiding fees. I wanted to try to see how the hotel is but never again! I am still waiting for my deposit as well after 1 week. What a scam! I will go back to the Atlantis in the future instead of the Baha mar which is much better and honest in fees!

Everything was excellent but..”

Only thing that was upsetting was the lack of explanation of what they held and what was payed at the resort. Agoda lists it as a certain particular amount after the room and taxes are paid. In actuality they hold 150 per night with 53 being charged in that for the resort fee and service fee. They do not take cash except for the casino and a lot of the prices are exorbitant. A can of pringles in the mini bar costs 10 dollars. Besides the confusion on how much was being paid and held and how to conduct transactions, the hotel was beautiful, clean, fun, great for adults and couples (as there weren't many children) pools were well kept, staff were extremely friendly and food was delicious. Pricey but delicious..I give it a strong 9/10

Girls Golf Gambling ”

This will be an annual trip. We absolutely loved it. The gym is amazing, they do need a Peloton and tred however. The bed was the most comfortable I have slept in. I was online last night ordering the sheets and the pillows and the comforter. The layout of the king was fantastic. The food definitely needs some work and they need to lower the prices. We had a blast gambling. The golf was fantastic.

Baha Mar is well worth the trip”

Great facility for the price, fantastic views from the room bed and balcony. Nice bathroom with a excellent tub that my wife adored. She bubble bath while viewing the Caribbean ocean!!

Expensive Expensive Expensive ”

Great resort! Needs room for improvements! I believe in paying expensive prices for great quality. The restaurants are standard nothing special but the prices don’t match. The VAT CHARGES & the 12% tax on everything plus the 15% gratuity in every thing takes up just about 30% of the bill just be prepared for that. The service, the quality do not match there gouging . Just my opinion just be prepared. And checking out your bill is almost impossible to understand but I guess they know that and that’s why it works for them . Overall we enjoyed, we go to many Caribbean islands and Europe and I’ve never spent more money in five days. Would not have mind paying the quality was there .

The food is very good and quite a variety of options but expensive in the resort. They are mostly cashless and prefer that the patrons use credit cards. The pools are heated and the water feels fantastic! The rooms are spacious and clean. The spa is very busy so sometimes they run out of glasses and towels, etc. and I am not sure why they show customers a pre-service invoice. That is quite off-putting. They seemed a bit snobby and it is not that awesome to behave that way.

Over the top and hidden costs”

Decor is completely OTT. But the worst thing is that they charge you unexpected hidden costs which is tantamount to fraud. Every meal will have -2.5 % VAT and 15% service charge. Then when you check out the will charge a compulsory ‘levy’ and additional VAT on the so-called levy the another ‘service charge’ on top of the resort fee. Expect to pay double the advertised rate. Fraud!

For the money you spend in the quality of food etc; this place is definitely not worth coming back too again. The food and alcohol will cost you more here than your hotel, airfare and any extra activities you want to do. Completely way over priced for the quality of food and alcohol you get here which is not included anywhere. Who pays $150 for two burgers a fry to share and a soda and beer, or for nachos and chips and salsa one beer and soda was $85. The biggest highway robbery place I’ve ever been and would never recommend this place e to anyone. They keep this up it won’t last long here

我们是2月28日离开酒店的，酒店已经把账单出完结算了，但过了一周，莫名其妙的又从我的信用卡扣了个32美元，又过了几天，又莫名其妙的扣了580美元，打电话给酒店，只有一个财物部门处理，周五打电话说休息，周六日也休息，周一再打 ，一天没人接，周二打通了，说32元是我们在房间minibar吃的东西，我们说只喝了一瓶水，酒店说那好只收6元，多余的退回给我们，580元说给查一下，当天晚上8点前回复我们，但并没有回复，我们只能继续再打电话，对于巴哈马君悦酒店的前台，财务非常的气愤，怎么可以随便在我的信用卡上扣钱呢！！！如果有人再去，希望一定要注意这方面的事情。
