              Amazing place, tasty food and great staff. Just check the hot water.”

              Loved the location, weather, food and staff attention.
              The bathroom didn’t have hot water 24&#47;7. Had to take a shower one night and after 15 minutes of trying to get hot water, had to shower with super cold water. Thankfully the next morning the rest of us could take a nice hot shower.

              Great location and decent hotel, but many facilities and furnishings are tired and worn.”

              The location was great, and the facilities at the hotel were good. Breakfast was good and all of the staff we dealt with were helpful and friendly as well.
              Many things at the resort could use an update. The pools were in poor condition and not usable, and many of the buildings and furnishings needed some investment.

              great spacious rooms with a bathtub. and enough hot water to run a bath and take a shower as well. location is great with a nice view.
              the hotel couldn’t help us with any tours in the area. that’s the only minus. but we were able to arrange it ourselves.

              Pool was not filled. We wouldn&#39;t of stayed here if we knew that. No coolers or food allowed in rooms, they have rules in the room and this was not advertised to begin with. We wouldn&#39;t have stayed here if that was advertised.

              The property has the most amazing views of the river and forest and the property is very very beautiful.
              The rooms need an upgrade. Mattresses are old so not the most comfortable. The horizontal shower in jr suite 2 really needs to be changed it looks outdated and a piece of it felt off when we turned on the shower. It’s understandable that the pandemic situation might have hit hotels like this one hard, but all those upgrades will really improve reviews and stays

              i like the garden and the staff; the food is very good.
              The rooms are very nice but, i think that in a future Cleanliness could be improved a little more and it would be good to consider changing the towels for newer ones. But this a little issues that in general not affect my stay in this beautiful place.

              We love the bed! Coming from a long trip. We were able to rest like angels.
              We had issues with the hot water considering the weather marked 9°C. And the bathtub did not work properly since, the draining cover didn&#39;t retain the water. Reason why they exchange room for us. Where there was no hot water neither. We decided to go back to the first room where there was got water. And after gas run out and we didn&#39;t have hot water neither to use at least the shower. Considering it was passed 9:40pm. It was really cold to shower with it. In the morning around 9pm they exchange gas tank and resolved hot water issues. It was not very nice, not to use the bathtub. Since, it was the reason why we choose this hotel. Considering we expected to relax with a hot water bath that night! However. The staff was trying at all time to resolve our issues. Showering with cold water wasn&#39;t very fun. 🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈

              Bambito is a lovely town, and this is the place to stay.”

              The breakfast was delicious and had a nice variety to choose from. The freshly squeezed orange juice was the best I&#39;ve ever had. The grounds are well kept and beautiful, the sound of the river was relaxing, everything was quite lovely. But most of all, the staff went the extra mile to be friendly, courteous, and helpful. It was just great. Orlando, the gentleman at reception was incredibly nice... he gets a 10!
