the hotel is clean, comfortable and has everything you'd expect from a 4 star. the location is great, very safe with plenty of restaurants, bars and malls only a short walk away. they offer shampoo, clean bedrooms, wi-fi acess, high definition television with plenty of channels to choose from (no matter where you're from or what language you speak), microwave, hairdryer and fridge. the only thing would be that breakfast is not included, and it isn't cheap either. for the price you pay you'd expect breakfast to be a little better.

The room was great, with a big space, big bed, good tv and furniture. The assistance at the hotel balcony was a little deficient, though.

the hotel is in the center of town, old building, needs remodeling and cleaning, the room was nice and large and confortable, but old, the beds unconfortable, the hotel needs a generala redoing, the price was very good for a centrally located hotel. the personnel were very very nice and friendly and accomodating.

Great location, in city center, close to all activities, business, attractions, ideal for business, very nice, clean and modern installations, good food, friendly and helpful staff, has parking on premises,I definitley will return

i just arrived in the hotel in the evening, so i tried to find a place to eat, and to find a good place you need to walk at least 4 to 5 blocks. the staff was good and a nice place to sleep at night. during the day you can find some shops around the hotel.

location is very good and shopping mall is very close to this hotel. the period i stayed was just the beginning of winter, the temperature was very low and the room was very cold. i turned on the ac, it was too noisy and old, furthermore it didn't work.

This hotel, the Bristol Metropolitan Hotel Curitiba, is wonderfully located only a few blocks, walking distance, away from the elegant and fanciest shopping street in Curitiba. Two major shopping malls located just a few minutes by taxi or bus and the famous 24h street also walking distance. The hotel is in the heart of the city, only a few minutes away from the major business neighborhood. Great choice for business travel and with a bang for the buck. The downside of the hotel is that it is not well kept. Lacking a little T.L.C., but for the less demanding, all day out traveller this option will do. Avoid for romantic stays and very demanding clients.

This was my second stay, but this time I upgraded to the premier suite. I must say that it was one of my best hotel stays ever - and I have stayed in many hotels around the world. The staff is unfailingly friendly and helpful, the rooms impeccably clean and tastefully decorated, the whole hotel elegant with the feel of the great tradition of the "grand hotel". I have recommended it to others and will continue to do so.

Nice hotel with a great breakfast. Wifi didn't work in all parts of the bedroom. While we were there there was a protest going on outside which started before 7am one morning. I don't know if this was a one off or a regular occurrence with this hotel chain but it was very frustrating and quite intimidating walking outside while this was going on.

Really enjoyed the hostel, staff were friendly and helpful, felt homely cooking dinner in the lovely kitchen and chilling out in the comfy living room or roof terrace.
