It is very nice to stay as outlet is close and shuttle bus stop is close. Also airport shuttle is good. It is far from downtown, thus we can use outlet shuttle to get metro to go downtown, which takes 1hr. If time is available, recommend to stay here.

The hotel is located right next to the Chicago O'Hare International Airport. It is convenient for travellers who are stopping over in Chicago for a day or two. For me, I had just come off a long-haul international flight. It was easy for me to get to the hotel and take a rest after the long travel. The reception was very friendly. The staff greeted me personally and gave me a quick outline of the hotel's amenities. The concierge was also helpful in assisting me in navigating my way to the city centre of Chicago, especially since it was my first time in the United States.

Easy to find, adequate, clean, facility. Everything worked. Hot water. Helpful staff. I'm not picky and I sleep well just about anywhere, I just needed a bed for the night as I had an early flight at O'Hare and it was just what I needed. Close to the airport, easy access to restaurants, etc. Great price thanks to Agoda.com Great customer service too as I had to make amends when I accidentally booked the wrong date. I always try to stay at a Hilton when I travel. The hotels are clean and the staff is very accomodating. I don't however book thru the Hilton because you can get cheaper rates elsewhere.

It was too noisy to sleep well because of the high speed cars on the high way and airplanes to land the airport Ohare. The hotel location is near high way and Ohare airport. Airplanes fly over the hotel very close to the hotel roof.

Place is very nice, lots of amenities onsite. Close to O'Hare and the Rosemont blue line. Good accommodations for the price.

My stay at the Comfort Suites O'Hare Airport Hotel was good. I was in Chicago for a 15 hour layover. This hotel was the perfect choice It was affordable, close to the airport, offered free airport shuttle service, and offered a good breakfast. Overall, i was happy with my stay.

This was ideal for us we just needed a place to stay before our flight the next day. The staff were nice the airport shuttle is handy ( we got train from downtown to airport and they picked us up) breakfast was good and the room was nice

This hotel provides airport transfes. Breakfast was awesome with food you do not normally get from other hotels.

Very nice hotel. If you are looking for a hotel close to O'Hare airport - this is what you need. It is only one subway station away from airport, about 50 minutes from downtown. The hotel was clean, the room was spacious with a very comfortable bed, even shower was very good. Heater was excellent, it became even hot in our room. And the room was not very expensive, so I 100% recommend this hotel for your stay.

Thanks to recent renovations, I had a very clean and nice room. Not luxurious, but a fine way to spend the night after getting stuck at O'Hare due to flight cancellations.

This is a really nice hotel and convenient to ORD airport. The hotel was super clean as well as the indoor pool which we love. They have a restaurant/lounge attached to the hotel which has good food and the prices are reasonable. They have a 24 hour bus shuttle to and from the airport which was a winner for us. At the airport you can get on the subway or train and ride into the city which is a big plus to avoid tolls and traffic. There is a BP convenient mart located just a short 5 minute walk from the hotel. We would also note that Chicago is a Great city to visit but you will need two to three day's.

I reached Chicago in the evening, thus I decided to stay near the airport for one night before taking the regional bus the next day. Hampton Inn provides its customers an almost unified experiences regardless its locations. But for this particular location, I feel the breakfast seems particularly good. They provide some Japanese snacks and very fresh fruits. The only slight disadvantage is their free shuttle seems a bit less frequent than other airport hotels. It is not under their name, but run by Thrtity. However, the friendly driver will announce the hotel's name when they approach.

Hotel provides airport shuttle service. Did an overnighter - arrived late night and checked-out early the next morning. Traffic is horrendous during peak hours in Chicago especially mornings. Although O'Hare airport seems to be close by and what usually is a 20 - 30 mins ride, the journey can be 45 mins to 1 hour and more to reach the airport.

Alofts are always fun, modern, easy access to airport. Always a good choice for airport overnights and an easy place to stay.

Nice clean place, very accommodating. Check in was easy with Dion. My daughter left her coat in the room and we didn't realize until we were home, 2hours away. I called and spoke to Brittany and she had the coat mailed to me within 2 days at no cost to me! Great customer service

I'm a college student who is studying abroad and stayed a day at the hotel. I booked through Agoda.com and got a price of 55 US dollars for a king room, which was pretty neat. The inside is clean, the staff is nice (even let me check in a bit early). The heating and cooling system is awesome, and they have a shuttle that will drive you to the airport. Very nice stay.

Terrific value. Excellent, large and clean suites, with free shuttle service, five minutes from the airport. A great option when catching an early flight out of O'Hare. The restaurant seemed badly understaffed on the (Sunday) evening I stayed there.

We stayed here one night as part of a weeklong trip to Chicago. The hotel is clean, rooms are huge, and the subway station is right across the street so it was convenient to get in and out of the city within about 45 minutes. For the price we paid, it was worth it!

Although a bit expensive, the room was very clean and the bed comfortable. We stayed here to be close to O'Hare Airport and the shuttle service they provide. I would most likely choose this hotel again for the convenience if we could book at a reasonable price. I liked the convenience of their association with The Great Escape restaurant to provide free transportation. Otherwise, there are not other choices in the area that you can easily get to without transportation. However, Subway and Dunkin Donuts are a 5 minute walk away for something less substantial.

I had to overnight at O'Hare and looked at the available hotels and choose this one after researching about 10 different hotels. Factors were distance to the airport and price. The cost of this hotel was about $110 but i really had no choice unless I wanted to sleep in the airport for 12 hours. There were some cheaper hotels farther away but I was more interested in comfort and security than price. I booked the hotel though Agoda but the price was constant in almost all the booking www sites. I used Agoda as I have an account with them and get points for future discounts. To start they have a 24 hour shuttle that picks guests up at the airport but you have to call to get them to come. I came in terminal 5 and there are hotel phones right near the McDonald's. The phone was answered promptly by Kevin who told me that the driver was there then but leaving so I might have to wait a bit. The driver must have come back for me as I only waited about 5 minutes. His name was Pedro and he was very helpful. The shuttle also leaves from the hotel every half hour on the hour or half. The bus trip to the terminal is about 10 minutes and the drivers are very helpful. The hotel is what can be expected. Not a 5 star but I didn't want a 5 star. Check in staff is very helpful and efficient. Took me about 3 minutes to get checked in. The room was a decent and a a nice size. Came with a fridge, microwave, coffee machine,alarm clock, and a flat screen tv with an easy to use remote and menu. Basic amenities such as soap and shampoo and hand lotion. No toothbrush or razor but luckily I carry my own. Room was clean and water was hot and ample towels. I didn't use any of the hotel's attractions like pool or health club so I can't comment on them but they are there. There is a Harry Karrys restaurant in the lobby with a great menu HOWEVER the prices were outrageous - $16 for a burger and $1,000,000 for a steak.

I only spent 12 hours here but was extremely impressed and would return. We made a long drive to O'Hare to pick up family from the airport. If you are driving this is a great choice as the hotel is only 15 minutes away from O'Hare yet does not charge for parking. The rate was really good but that may be because it is January.

Hotel room was clean, location was nice but shuttle took 1 hour to come, we have escalated with front desk but they claimed 5-10 minutes which another 30 minutes wait time. If they say 10 minutes on phone, please be prepared for 30 minutes.

They didn't accept my russian bank card that a booked this hotel with for my friend . They said that the person who booked the hotel have to be there and pay, even though i admit that i book hotel for my friend on a website. In the end they still charged that card after i sent photo of my passport and my face. But people at the desk didn't give this option before, they just said "No, we can't charge your russian card" ... its just showed how lazy they was just to inform us about this option. But anyway location is amazing, just 20 mins from the airport.
