My husband and I were delighted by this place. It was our first time to Prescott and AZ for that matter. We were greeted by friendly staff the entire stay. Our room was small, but that is to be expected considering the age of the hotel. The decor from the lobby to the room was lovely. Our only regret was waiting until our last day to try out the restaurant. The prices, portions, and wonderful service were the best we received on our trip. We will be back!

Fast and easy check in, the gentleman and the desk was very helpful and kind. Did not provide a full breakfast, but did have juice, coffee and breakfast sandwiches (it was great! just the right amount for those of us in a hurry to get to our destinations that morning)

Pros, very clean, quiet and polite in the front. Cons, bed and pillow were hard as a rock, very uncomfortable. I’m 28 and I woke up in pain all over, terrible night sleep. I only had 2 drinks the night before so I know it wasn’t from those.

Very friendly and helpful staff! The breakfast was good and the breakfast area was always kept clean and well stocked. They are now in the process of remodeling the rooms and hopefully on our next visit we will get to experience one.

It’s a big hotel with friendly staff and excellent amenities. One restaurant in expensive. The room did not have menus for room service or free bottled water which was a shame. Overall it was a beautiful hotel and I would stay here again

The st Michaels has the cowboy history we all love. Located in downtown Prescott you have access to food and drinks all around the square. Loved the staff and breakfast was great!

We only stayed 1 night but everything was satisfactory. All other motels in area were much more expensive. The location was a bit remote but it was only about 8 miles to the restaurant area.

Great experience at Chisholm Trails End. The host contacted me and confirmed my booking. Gave me the contact number to his cell phone in case I had any problems finding the location or needed any other assistance. comfortable rooms and the location had stunning views of the area. I have since rebooked as staying here makes me feel like I am home even if I am away from my own home.

The staff at SpringHill Suites were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located next to a small shopping center near the center of Prescott. The word suites is a bit generous, as there was a tiny area with microwave, sink and small refrigerator, no freezer. The two queen beds were very comfortable, and the large screen TV conveniently swiveled. The air conditioner was efficient, but nights were chilly, so we used a blanket that was conveniently left in the room. I truly wished there was a larger dresser (a small one served as TV stand) and more hangers in the 2 small closets. The small table that served as a desk had only one chair. Since this doubled as a kitchen table, there should have been at least one more chair in the room. There was just that one chair & a sofa. We had breakfast in the registration area on our last morning there. It was substantial and convenient, ended at 9am. This hotel was priced on the high side, but we were happy with our choice.
