The hotel is good, clean and well located. In our case, the only dissapontment was that the pool was very cold and we couldn't use it.

Wonderful old house with lots of history. Even had a roof terrace with a jacuzzi. Only downer was the breakfast: Very basic mexican buffet. Definitely needs some upgrading.

Well, I have to admit I was a little nervous when I saw that it was an eighteenth century remodel and had a "three-star hotel" rating, but with all the rave (five-star) user reviews, I decided to go for it. We were soooooo glad we did! My wife and I stayed there last night. Being Valentine's Day, we wanted something nicer than a regular hotel room, and their attention to detail and beauty was excellent from start to finish... (A coworker of mine scours the States looking for elegant B&B's like this one.) Cecilia Gomez was exceptionally kind, with heavenly Valentine's Day chocolate hearts to add that special something. Yes, there is the old world charm, with modern amenities (like heat and A/C). The shower (while gigante) unfortunately had a crappy low-flow showerhead, but the rest (including the King bed) was incredibly clean and top-notch. They even included a nice (but light, no-meat) breakfast (served in your room!); which, for the price, was incredible! Best of all, check-out wasn't until 1pm! We were taking a trip in the morning and wanted a hotel within a short taxi ride from the Central Bus Station. (They quoted us $7.50 outside... probably would have been $3-4 inside the bus terminal. it was $3.25 for the return. Even at twice those prices, it is well-worth it.) Located in the heart of downtown... literally less than a half of a block from La Plaza de Las Armas, it made for a very romantic evening stroll (after a fabulous meal at the Indian/Thai restaurant, Bhaji's, only three blocks away).

Centro 19 is a really good hotel for people who visit Queretaro, whether you're business traveler, solo traveler, or traveler with family, their friendly staff would help you to have a nice experience during your stay in Centro 19. free high speed wifi because of small scale of the hotel getting even more effective. Centro 19 surrounded by reastrunt, cafe and bars, you can never get hungry here. hotel provide some meals as well.

We had an excellent stay at the Mirage. Our suite was spacious, the beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was good, WiFi was strong and we had a nice view overlooking the city. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I used a computer in the business center to print some papers and the service was fast and reasonably priced. The Mirage has an excellent exercise room with well-maintained equipment. If we return to Queretaro, we will stay here again.

Lovely motel/hotel on fifteen minute walk to Centro Queretero, five minute walk to major traditional market. Spotlessly clean, well maintained, fabulously trained staff, exceptional restaurant which is very popular, quiet, accepts pets in special uncarpeted rooms at no surcharge, very east find and exit from by car, strong signal Wi-Fi.

This hotel provided a good base to explore the gardens, squares, churches and aqueduct in Queretano. Just a short walk to the centre of town. The hotel has a lot of charm with its cobbled courtyard, planted with citrus and geraniums. The three level rooms provide plenty of space to relax. The breakfast area is lovely, alfresco, and overlooking the courtyard but it was a very basic breakfast and the staff member who delivered it could have been a little more friendly. The bed was huge and very comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. There were two lovely comfortable couches in the entry. There was a bit of noise from a nearby club as we were trying to get to sleep. They advertised car parking but it's only two places on the street in front of the hotel and when they're gone you find your own in a pretty sought after location. For what you get the price is very reasonable.

Great! Housed in an old Colonial Casa, beatiful, breakfast at restaurant was delicious and superb value No parking, dont risk being jacked , put your car on a pqrking , many walking distance.

as you may know it is not safe to drink water from the faucet in mexico so it is better to drink bottled water. the hotel provides a bit more than 1 liter per day for two people of bottled water. if you want more bottled water you have to pay. i asked for a jar of drinking water but they said that they had to charge for that as well. people at the front desk have bad manners and are unfriendly avoid this dusty hotel.

very good experience; stylish room; good staff service; simple breakfast; excellent location

The hotel is in a great location in the center of the city. The facilities are good with a nice little swimming pool and to jacuzzis on the terrace. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast delicious. The main issue we had was the room itself. It was clean and the decor fine but the lack of a window and air conditioning meant it got hot and stuffy. Also the fact that our room was right by reception and the lobby area with seating right outside our door left us feeling that we didn't have much privacy. One of the rooms on the higher floors with a window would have been a huge improvement

lovely conversion of former convent, but there are a couple of issues that may trouble some guests. property looks much better in daylight, than night time arrival, but an almost total lack of security is a definite concern. it is a big property & the large front gates to the rear parking lot are left totally open 24 hours. as such, absolutely anyone can wander in off the street & have complete access to the entire hotel & its secluded patios, pathways, & dark room niches. it needs much better lighting at night, especially since & is located on a dark side street 1/2 block from a plaza. there is a security camera at the front desk, but when no one is at the desk looking at it, there is zero security. gates should be kept locked & cars buzzed in, & all persons should have to enter through the lobby. breakfast also needs improvement. never-hot coffee & white bread for toast are unacceptable. towels & bed linens are very old & worn & need replacement, but housekeeping is excellent throughout. depending on rate we might return.

We visited this hotel on a beautiful summer day. We opened the windows and allowed a fresh breeze flow through our room on the top floor. I should mention that it was a bit of a haul with some heavy luggage up the narrow stairway. We were using our computers on the bed before going to sleep when we noticed mosquitoes in our room. We closed the windows and managed to kill a few of them, but then the room became a bit warm for comfort, since there was no fan or AC. We sweated under our blankets hoping to avoid the remaining mosquitoes. Another problem was that a few of the hotel guests came back from the bars around 1:00 AM and stayed-up talking loudly on the rooftop patio until at least 3:00 AM. Needless to say, we did not get a great night's sleep, so we checked-out a day earlier than we had planned.

Location, staff, breakfast and price were excellent. The down side is the room. We stayed in a room by the garage and there was so much noise. Besides, the room was warm and the fan made noise, so, no much of a quiet night, my wife and I had to were earplugs. The toilets for men need to have doors in the inside, they only have a curtain. Other than those two things everything was great! I would definetely recommend this hostel.

Clean room,enough hot water for shower,comfortable bed,good location and nice staff ! Breakfast was easy but good,too.
