Traveling to United States? Find Kentucky State hotels

Everything I could ask for. Clean, functional, no insects, friendly staff, etc. No breakfast in morning, but for $50/night, I can't in good conscience expect one. They do have coffee, though.

Reasonably nice motel used by a lot of the out of town contract (e.g. fiber) workers, Rooms are nice, staff is attentive, and continental breakfast is typical. Good, reasonably priced place to stay a few days if exploring the Bourbon Trail.

Very nice old school single floor family-owned Motel very fast internet speed. Very clean rooms very comfortable bed I would recommend to everyone my kids and I enjoyed our stay thank you

I came to BG for a job at the Corvette Assembly Plant and I wanted something close, clean and a great value for my wkly stay until I could find an apartment.... This was perfect! The rooms are comfortable and most importantly clean.... The rooms have been updated and the staff is friendly!

The correction that need to be address is the stair it quiet hard for senior citizen going up to there room walking down the long hall way when there room on the end

Rooms are way over priced for what you get!!! The rooms smelled bad and there was hair on the bathroom floor from the previous guests.

We stayed at the Budget Host Westgate for an overnight stay. The decor, although somewhat dated, is quite retro if you are positive! Everything was extremely clean, in good working order; beds comfortable, refrigerator and microwave, wifi, and TV. The breakfast was not really a breakfast, but a McDonalds is right next door.

I was in town for 2 nights with my mastiff. The location was excellent and near many stores yet the hotel was set back and quiet and perfect for walking my dog. The front desk staff was friendly and even brought me a hair dryer when I asked. I like the laminate floors vs carpet in the rooms. It was much more clean and sanitary!

Management entered room even with do not disturb sign on door when we were gone off property. Broke out in rash all over, BEDBUGS! RUDE , refused to refund money. Had to call police in order to get our luggage out of room, tried to keep our luggage because we didn't want to stay a second night!!!

it was not easy to find affordable clean hotel on kentucky derby day. we were plan to stay somewher close to Louisville but it just over priced. we drove to down south and find this hotel. good location for Nashville TN and very clean room. breakfast place also clean.

I booked for a Kingroom. And it was big. But since it's at the back, the wifi connection wasn't great. So we opted to transfer near their office because wifi works there. But had to downgrade to a room with 2 double beds. The place was clean. And we could park the car infront of our door. We found that so convenient. :) T I have to mention that the staff are great! They've been very accommodating. Thank you. They explained that they just took over 4 months ago. Hence, the renovation being done as of the moment. It's just beside the interstate so its location is convenient for those leaving Grand Rivers the next day. Plus of course, the price is cheap! :) Great for an overnight stay.

Overall, very satisfactory for a couple of nights if you like cheap motels in the classic American style. Safe area and a convenient location: easy to find, not far from downtown...although there's not much to see there to be honest. A decent base for trips out.

This hotel was as good or better than others in a budget price range. Stayed in 5 different hotels in this area, for one night, while traveling. The bed was comfortable, everything in the room worked, furnishings were better than average. Continental breakfast was fine, doughnuts were fresh, no little sawdust textured thawed out muffins. Staff I saw late afternoon and morning were friendly. I would stay here again.

Many people would avoid a non-chain motel, but Caronoda was clean and well appointed and much less expensive than the nearby chain properties. The manager was thoughtful, friendly, and even prepared tea for me at the office before I checked out. It was a surprise to find such comfort and economy at a local property, but I did.

Wife and I where very pleased and it was great that it is pet friendly. We'll return next trip to Ky. Which we make often! Thank You Rocky& Pat.

Super friendly front desk staff. The room layout was huge--office area with couch, desk, and t.v. Bath area in middle with sink across from water closet. Bed area had full closet, large frig and big flat screen. Thick, crisp, percale sheets atop comfy full size beds. Attentive, friendly breakfast gal. I don't like a bunch of carbs at breakfast, so was happy to see scrambled eggs and sausage. Coffee was really hot, and good(which is rare in a hotel breakfast). Bottom line--I got in after midnight, after a lot of driving. I unplugged the frig because it was loud, and after that, I had a blissful rest in a nice clean room. In the morn, I just did not want to leave!

My adult daughter and I just needed a place to sleep for a night to break up a long drive. There was nothing fancy here and breakfast was very basic but the room was clean and the bed (and pillows!) were comfortable. Great location too! Easy on and off the interstate and a Starbucks just down the road!

Locations were out of the way General upkeep was not acceptable, floors, (no carpets and that fine) baseboards were dirty Bathtubs finish was grimy Towels were once white Sheets had a tear in the bottom sheet Breakfast,was just an offering Sorry, would not admit we chose these locations! We have travelled Europe in the microtel chain, absolutely top drawer!

Our room was a non smoking room but the odor of years of smoke hung in the halls. It is hard to get that odor out of old carpet. Room was clean and value was spot on.

Got stranded when my flight was cancelled. Sleep Inn to the rescue. It was the best deal available. Super close to the airport. Felt safe. New construction and kept nice and clean.
