I felt the hotel was really unique and had a lot of amenities. However, I was very disappointed to find out that you can't use the pool by the spa unless you have a treatment or pay $91 / day just to use it. Treatments are extremely expensive. The rooms were old and needed updating. Don't let them put you in the main inn. The rooms are from the 1950's. Go into one of the wings. The rooms definitely are not worth the cost. They look much nicer on line than they actually are.

The hotel room was great. Location allowed us to walk to show. Cons- Valet parking only @ $33, Many concert goers used same hotel and housekeeping could not keep up. Waited 1.5 hours for room, staff comped $25 in bar for food and drink which was nice but we started to worry about time. Checked in at 5:40 finally. The room was the cheapest in immediate area but made me wonder if once you pay parking if another would have been a better option.

I would stay there again. Beautiful hotel with a wonderful view of the mountains. Great roof top bar and complementary breakfast. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and friendly, especially Nat. By the way you can purchase tickets to the Biltmore at the their front desk. Also over night car parking was $16.

I stayed at this hotel because it was 1 of only 2 in this area of Charlotte where I needed to be. The room is well equipped for a long stay with a larger refrigerator, Iron and ironing board, safe, wifi, microwave, and coffee maker, very large and comfortable and everything worked well.

The Hilton was superb. The gym and pool are excellent, rooms are every bit as nice as any 5 star I've ever stayd at. I paid $99.00 per night and the next best hotel in the area Embassy Suites as $269.00. This hotel is the absolute best value I've ever experienced.

Bathtub in room 407 is very, hard to get into also slick and if that what3ver gets turned on it is extremely hard to get turned off. Also the black fixtures looked dirty all the time. If I return would specifically ask not to be put in that room. Otherwise facilities very nice.

Location was perfect. Clean & in nice area. Costco & IHOP w/in next door. Good breakfast. Friendly staff from housekeeping, front desk & breakfast crew. Pool wasn't open yet but that was OK, we knew that coming in. If family of 4 in 2 queens, be sure to ask for 4th set of linens. Room only had 3(?).

The room was VERY spacious and quiet. i have nothing but POSITIVE things to say about this hotel. Every employee (front desk personnel and housekeepers) with whom i came in contact was enthusiastically helpful and friendly. Two thumbs--and two big toes--up for Best Western!!!

The hotel and grounds are Clean, the staff at the front desk is friendly and the staff serving the food is friendly. great to everything location, it was easy to travel everywhere from the hotel. The view is the morning and night were beautiful.

The Quality Inn is an older hotel which is currently undergoing renovation of the rooms as of Jun 2018. Our room had already been renovated so it had a very clean and fresh appearance. Everything in the room worked, there was good shower pressure. The worst thing about the room was the A/C unit which is load and blows cold air right onto the bed since it's a big floor unit affair. We hit Ashville NC during high season and this room really save us allot of money since other hotels were asking as much as $320.00 a night depending on location. The Quality Inn is close to many conveniences and has quick access to Interstate 40, 240, and 26 which will get you downtown Ashville in no time at all. I gave facility 3 star because the property just gives the overall appearance and feel of a budget motel, the pool is very small the parking is tight. The free breakfast is very typical and doesn't really inspire or rate any special mention but as stated the hotel will save you money.

This place was just amazing. It is an incredible museum and the rooms were great. Truly bizarre collection of art that was both amazing and creepy. Highly recommend this hotel.

what i will NOT recommend is the AGODA travel agent. DO YOU KNOW THAT AFTER I FINISH THE BOOKING, I WAS ASKED ON YOUR SITE BEFORE GETTING CONFIRMATION FOR EXTRA FEE TO HAVE BREAKFAST? This hotel have free breakfast anyway (I knew that for the reason that I stayed in this hotel 2 weeks before. Not Nice!

Most Asheville hotels are costlier than other locations. This hotel is a great value as it is close to downtown, antique stores, farmers' market and the Biltmore yet far enough away to be a quiet and free of road noise. Rooms have a safe, microwave, frig and bottled water. The breakfast buffet provided the standard fare of eggs, bacon, bagels and waffles plus yogurts (including Greek style,) six types of cereals (including gluten free,) and four types of tea. Beware all hotels in Asheville charge about 7% state tax and 6% city tax.

If you are coming for an event at the Spectrum Center, absolutely by far the best location. Only thing you have to be patient on is waiting on you car at check out.

The room was dirty and had roaches. We found a toothbrush under the ac (which barely kept the room comfortable), and a plastic bag on the closet shelf, not sure what was in it, something yellow that seemed to be semi-solid. I gave it 2 stars for value because the bed was comfortable. "Free wi-fi", which we never could make it work, even after calling the help number. We went out for the day, came back to find our key did not work. Someone let us into the building and we went to the front desk to find a note on the door that said the lobby was closed until the next morning. I called the office number-no answer. So, here it was late at night, locked out of our room, and not a staff member in sight, and no way to call anyone. Thankfully, after some time the desk clerk did come by and reopen the office and fixed our card, but I know there were customers at the door earlier who probably had reservations. It was a cheaper price, but not cheap enough to deal with roaches.

The hotel stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The staff was very polite and helpful. Location was very convenient for getting around. If we were to travel to Asheville again, we would definitely stay there again!

This was one of the best places we have found in quite a while with plenty for everyone to do. The resort had a lot of activities to keep everyone happy and they also have a parking lot at the oceanfront which was a bonus. Between the large outdoor pool, pond and paddle boats, indoor water park, arcade and clubhouse and trails we were plenty busy even when the weather didn’t cooperate. Great location and well maintained facilities! The accommodations of the townhouse were very nice as well although we stayed on the go most of the time with so much to do. Can’t wait to go back.

When you think of Ramada you think you will just get “decent”, this place was superb for the location price and even the upscale appearance/accommodations. Full hot breakfast , beautiful lobby with a wonderful Indian restaurant and full bar. The king suite was like a one bedroom apartment minus the kitchen of course. I got two king suites for two nights for under 250. And the staff were friendly welcoming and professional. I was shocked. This was comparable to any 4 star hotel

Linda was great, she let us check in early after a long flight from LA! However we did ask for our room to be cleaned one day after we left around 1pm and came back around 11pm and they must have forgotten. No worries tho, they did the next day. Overall pretty great stay.

This Best Western was a very nice place to stay. It was clean and the staff was excellent. We only had one little problem that only happened once and that was on one morning I only had warm water for a shower. Other than that a very nice stay and very comfortable.

I booked a room on line... bad mistake... the room I got was a tiny room with no amenities... walk-in shower no balcony, overlooked a roof and an alley... I immediately went back to the front desk and said this is not what I thought I was getting... she said never book on line... book with the hotel direct. I said please find me a decent room with a balcony... for more money you can actually get the room you thought you were getting... the staff is very nice and the breakfast buffet is great... location is near everything but call the hotel direct... Do not book on line

Took a quick weekend trip for our anniversary and didn't have terribly high expectations but were pleasantly surprised! Very friendly hotel staff and clean rooms!!! A/c worked wonderfully! Right on the beach so even if you don't have a oceanfront room you're not far at all from the ocean! We didn't use the pool so I cant comment on it but it looked lovely! Well lit parking lots and walkways. My only complaint would be that while the rooms themselves are quiet and mostly soundproof, we could hear a lot of the outdoor traffic and conversation (which really isn't a complaint because any hotel would have that issue)...I suspect being on the ground floor contributed to that and if we had been higher up it may not have been as big an issue. But that in NO WAY would deter us from going back. This will be our go to for weekend or short stays!

Loved the hotel. Great service. Appreciated the free local area shuttle. We wish they had a spa on site, but they do offer in room massages.

Reserved room was not available, however we were given dinner voucher as apology. Hotel rates a five for convenience, comfort, cleanliness, and friendliness but need to remedy reservation problem. We were told one like we reserved not ready, have dinner on them while waiting for one to be ready. Three hours later, still not available. We do not understand this problem. We accepted a different type room but as long time Hilton Honors customers think this was a poor occurrence

The place was clean; the lobby smelled like strawberries, the elevator didn't stink and neither did the hallway. My room had a single king bed which kinda overtook the room and made it seem smaller than it actually was. The bed was a bit firm but surprisingly comfortable. There wasn't enough covering on the bed so I couldn't run the a/c all night but the room didn't get too warm. Overall, the room was nice and it's located in an area of the city where you pretty much have everything you need right there; you travel into the heart of the city if you just want to but it's not necessary. I enjoyed my stay at this location and would stay there again and recommend it to others.

The air conditioning unit in our room was noisy and contributed to a poor nights sleep. Breakfast, while free was marginal at best.

Super clean and friendly. Next to a mall and not to far from Wake Forest University. I stayed there during parents weekend. Great free breakfast every morning.
