I wanted to stay the night in the proximity of the location of my business meeting. I ran across this hotel...great price..great hotel.

Excellent service and friendly staff! Very pleased with our stay. Family gathering with children. Nice cooked breakfast. Enjoyed extra space in rooms. Only disappointment was no hot tub & pool water was to cool. Highly recommend otherwise.

The hotel itself was very comfortable. Our king size bed was comfortable and the room was very clean and tidy. The staff was pleasant and always helpful. I didn't partake of the breakfast, it was an additional cost. Restaurants weren't too close but they aren't that far away either.

Good location. Priced more reasonably than neighboring hotels. Parking was included. I did have a few minor issues. - There was a little mold on the shower curtain liner in my room. - On my last two nights there they somehow lost track of my room being occupied because I had 2 separate attempts at others trying to enter my room because they were given the room upon their check-in. - The "bar" is a little counter that could use a little mood enhancing decor. Very stale.

I’ve heard that that area isn’t that great, but I’ve never had a problem at this best Western it is nice. It is quiet. The rooms are very comfortable. The price is reasonable. The only bad thing is there’s no elevator and I travel with a lot of luggage it is very difficult for a older female to get luggage up the stairs.

Great location Extremely dirty rooms. Mold around bath. Tv had previously had a dink spilled on it then a layer of dust covering it, it had been there so long. Trash cans were disgustingly dirty with clean liners inside. We were there 2 nights, first we stayed in friends room second in a different room by ourselves. I tried to give 0 stars for cleanliness, but app would not allow to pick at least one star.

Great complementary breakfast, awesome indoor pool, nice, clean rooms and facilities. And yes all of the ice machines worked 😉 We only paid $79 for it which I think it’s pretty good.

We stayed for 2 nights. On the fist night the air conditioner stopped working. The staff changed us to a bigger room. The rooms were clean. The bed was big and comfortable. Value for money. Breakfast was decent, I like the DIY waffle very much. Location wise it is not so ideal as the nearest shopping/dinning place is about half hour walking distance. Not an issue if you have a car.

We were very pleased with the hotel and the service that we received! We wish that we had more time to take advantage of the pool. The only downside was that the mattress was somewhat noisy!

bed are great,we rent last room ,they just have queen and smoking room but room are clean and don't smell to much

Agoda tricked me by putting Embassy Suites on a pet friendly site. When I called Embassy Suites to verify the reservation, they told me they didn’t accept pets and it was non refundable. I lost $200 on a cross country trip that I couldn’t afford to lose.

We were up for a softball game for my daughter, so we had about 6 girls running around at the age of 9 and 10 being snowed in there was plenty of things for these girls to do. The staff was amazing and breakfast was great.

Very nice no frills, inexpensive motel. The only complaint is the room smelled a little funky .

Fantastic hotel need a rental car and not far from shops and attractions just need to drive to the attractions only 15 minutes by car lots to see and do.

Comfortable beds and a clean bathroom was great. They even had NHL Network which was awesome. The hot tub was barely warm which was dissapointing.. had a good stay though

Very old building set up in a very strange way. The staff was unprofessional. Our tv didn't work. I called for assistance and was told there was no reception when it was cloudy out.? I insisted that someone come to our room to help us. Turned out the remote was bad. Half of the lights in our room did not work. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

the room was nice and comfy. only suggestions better pillows or pillow options not everyone can sleep on soft/feather pillows and the bathroom was every small the commode was behind the bathroom door so it was a little challenging to get out. other than that the staff was nice, friendly and helpful.

We live 45 mins away from another casino in Oklahoma, and only realized that Choctaw was a better, more affordable casino to visit. The concert venues look really great, and we have finally found our new getaway spot. We’ll be coming back for a long time. Finally, our gambling experience was awesome, especially since we have visited Vegas at least 40+ times over the last 20 years. Thank you Choctaw for an excellent experience on our 28th Anniversary weekend.

The Quality Inn in Shawnee Oklahoma should be shut down until renovations are complete. We had to move twice due to lack of air conditioning, and the maintenance man said he could have fixed the first unit, but his ladder had been removed from the property due to the ongoing renovations. In the first room, the TV also did not work. In the second room, the safe did not work. In the third room, the TV had to be reset all of the time. When we mentioned it to someone, they said that is an ongoing problem in some of the rooms, and they don't know what the problem is. They were pulling soffits from the second floor walkway down to the yard right outside of our door, so that there were boards, nails and screws all over the ground. It was also very loud. Then on about our third day, they determined that there was a problem with the pool, so they drained that. The employees went out of their way trying to be helpful, but there was only so much they could do. It's a wonder that this "Quality" Inn is able to keep employees at all.

Very well. Best value in Lawton with nice amenities. Would recommend to anyone traveling to stay at this location. Central to highway, restaurants, and Fort Sill. They should be rated as a 3 star and not 2. Good Job Staff!

A great stopover between a day in OKC then going to Dallas. A REALLY nice place, good breakfast and super clean.

My husband and I are team truck drivers. We have stayed at this location many times. This made our 5th visit. NEVER have we been treated so rudely and so unprofessional than by this employee and to beat it all he was supposedly the General Manager. He was asking for information that we have never had to give. We told him this. He gave us a handicap room which we have no disabilities. There was absolutely no heat on in the room or the 4th floor and it was in the 20s outside. We had to stay completely dressed with our winter coats on for over an over before the room got anything close to a normal temperature. We plan on writing into the main office about our stay. The GM definitely does not need to work with the public. Terrible personality and demeanor.
