This hotel is a wonderful part of history and is extremely well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and nice. Something really needs to be done about WiFi though, it’s honestly the worst connection I’ve ever had in a hotel room. I basically could not connect to WiFi at all unless I was standing at the door of my room or in the lobby. I understand it’s an old ...

Hotel was in great location, helpful staff and very clean. After being given a room near the elevator they quickly moved me to a nicer, quieter room. The gym facilities were better then most hotels and the restaurant was amazing - It served the best hotel breakfast I've had!

This is a good place to stay. We can just walk to chinatown and everything. Everybody who working there was soooooo nice and give their best to make customers happy. The only thing that matter to us, just the towel. Maybe they could change the towel with a new one. But it’s not a big deal. We love this hotel, and of course we would love to come back if we visit Philade...

Downtown Pittsburgh is a good $40 Uber drive from the airport. After a whole week at a conference downtown, having explored also a lot of what the city can offer as far as entertainment, sports culture and dining, I was ready to be home. Staying at the Hyatt Regency Pittsburgh International for the last night, just made my experience so much more enjoyable. Stylish an...

We enjoy staying at Eden Resort it has many things to do for your family. It's in a wonderful location. Large and clean rooms, the staff is helpful. The only reason I didn't give five stars to the staff is because we visit Eden often we have many family and friends that go there as well. We were just there we based our Sunday upon having a brunch at the champagne Sunda...

It was really good experience at double tree in pittsburgh. We really appreciate for staff in the front that he upgraded the room from normal queen size room to sweet room, room was terrific, clean, comfy. We were really happy to start off our trip in pittsburgh with double tree.

1. Original assigned room on the ground floor by door C had bad odor and noisy neighbors (dog across the hallway left alone in the room barking all day). Reassigned to room 215. Better room, no odor, and much quieter. Staff was quick to provide alternate room. Thank you. 2. Printer in business center did not work. Had to ask front desk for printouts. Again, staff was ...

This is 2 star hotel type. Rooms are pretty basic, the only thing I liked was the bed. A/C unit very noisy when running. Only one restaurant, breakfast very basic and boring, they have not improved the menu since 5 years ago.Smelly corridors and noisy vending machine. Stay there if there is no other option

Breakfast was very good. Check in clerk seemed rushed, not friendly, but not rude. Morning clerk was very helpful!! Toilet was noisy, as was the air conditioner; pillows were too fluffy; hot water had good flow and there was plenty of it; HOWEVER, when I checked in, there was a long hair that was on the wall in the shower indicating that the shower had not been ade...

The staff are very professional and helpful- the free breakfast and shuttle service is great. The location near main thoroughfares to downtown Pittsburgh is terrific. I was in a quiet room - although early in the morning I could hear trucks on the Parkway above the hotel. That’s my only negative complaint. I would recommend this hotel to friends or family.

We stopped over in Lancaster for one night as we traveled across Pennsylvania. The Cork Factory Hotel was beautiful and staff were kind and helpful. While I wanted to love the hotel, the lack of sound proofing in the walls between hotel rooms really detracted from the experience. We could audibly hear conversations of the visitors in the next room when we were trying t...

The breakfast was good. Would have liked to see some bacon. Everything else was good for a hotel for a couple of days. I appreciated the microwave and fridge. I didn't have to call the front desk for anything which was great. I usually stay at resorts but I

The rooms are very clean and even some of their rooms are very spacious. I personally had stayed in this hotel off and on throughout the holidays never had any issues. The only thing that this hotel does not include is the breakfast or a microwave in their rooms unless you request it and they will charge you $10 the night but overall for the price it’s a great opt...

- Once arrived at the reception the first thing we heard was to place our credit card in the machine. When questioned why Male receptionist just repeated himself about placing the card in. Not the best welcome to provide to customers. Unsure whether this happened to everyone but I am sharing our experience. - Very nice and clean rooms. - close to all main attractions ...

Wonderful stay at the Doubletree Downtown Philadelphia. It is right along the road to city hall. We also walked to the independence hall/liberty hall for around 20 minutes from the hotel. Room was spacious for a family of 4 with a very lovely view. Front desk would ask for your contact number and you can just message them whatever you need for your room. The best of al...

A gentlemen helped us obtain our room keys during a time the front desk was overwhelmed with check in arrival customers. I had pre-checked in hours earlier that afternoon. This fine staff person recoginized our situation and quickly obtained our room keys for us, saving us untold time. A real hero! Due to a major party function, the hotel restaurant was closed on the ...

Rooms were nice. Staff was not. They were rude and when I had a problem with the washer /dryer they refused to give me my money back for it. I was stuck with a bag full of wet clothes because the washer stopped working. There was no attempt to fix it and when I asked what I could do solve my problem I was told to wait till it was fixed. Didn’t appreciate that response ...

Great hostel, great location, and great staff! 5 stars for everything but the facilities...and I gave that 4 stars. My reason, although very environmentally friendly, the flush free urinals are beyond repulsive...the smell that radiates from these urinals...I can't even!

The people were very nice and it was clean. Unfortunately, the cleaning solutions they use are very, very strong smelling so when I arrived, they gave me an immediate headache which turned into a migraine. Also, I couldn't control the heat so it was much too hot in my room. I couldn't ask for any type of reimbursement because I purchased the hotel online.

Needed to work and desperately needed to close this contract with my client. Broke and alone with money only in my PayPal account I managed to book a room and get scores of assignment completed. Given the circumstances this was the best possible outcome. For the price it could've been better. But then I'm not really here for fun. I'm on business. And still pissed that ...

The person at the desk gave my wife and I a room that was very clean and to my exact request. It was not to be far from the elevator since we're botrh disabled and my wife has medical equipment that's hard to lug/carry onward even though one piece has small caster-wheels it's still difficult to push with steerage accomplishment. We didn't want to be on the first floor ...

TV difficult to operate and not working. Called the front desk and person could not fix it. He said he would return but i eventually figured it out and got it working. When he returned he knocked but then unlocked the door with key without giving me a chance to open it for him.

I checked in at 4:00 am in the morning. The front desk staff is very rude and unfriendly. He did not give us the breakfast coupons and I booked with include breakfast. The next morning, the restaurant charged us for breakfast. I told them because front desk did not give us the coupon. At night, when we tried to eat dinner, the front lady at the restaurant said that the...

Room was clean. I believe we were in a recently updated room. There is a (mexican) restaurant on site, but others to choose from, almost all within walking distance if you wanted to. There is NO breakfast, just coffee, but again, restaurants to choose from. Motel sits directly off of I-80

The first thing that I was very pleased with was as soon as I opened the door to the room it smelled wonderful! After spending the day at Lake Tobias during the severe heatwave, my bf and I just wanted to get some much needed rest in a cool, clean room and that is exactly what we got. Also the lady that checked us in was very friendly and looked very professional (so...

Managers were friendly. Room was ok, quiet atmosphere. Sticky furniture and the tub handicap bar was not clean underneath....looked moldy at the tub caulking. Seemed clean enough. I got the room for a good price and I was comfortable. I did not stay in the room alot...just at night. Bed was comfortable. Housekeeper was very nice.

This quaint property is nestled right off the main strip in Hershey. Its a quiet little community and an amazing value for the price. The lady who runs it is very accomodating and goes above and beyond to work with hotel guests. I am very glad that I found this place.

Being on a budget, this was the best option for me. I stayed for a couple of nights. I was put in a smoking room even though my booking said non-smoking. It’s hard to get the smoking smell out of a room, so I had trouble sleeping the first night until I opened the window to let air in. It wasn’t so bad then. Free breakfast a bonus. It’s very basic but gets you started....

For just under 65 bucks we had a decent room with 2 queen beds mini fridge and microwave, good size tub and kids loved pool and hot tub. Pretty quiet and enjoyed an hour with the pool to ourselves. Good breakfast- had better at other hotels but sufficient for what we paid. eggs, sausage, cereal, bagels and waffles. only fruit they had was apples. had juice and coffee o...

This was the cheapest hotel we could find close enough to Hershey Park. I knew when I arrived and had to check in behind a window, this might not be the best place to be. The owners/operators were very friendly. The room was ok, the thing that made it not so good was the carpet and smell of smoke. The halls and outside were sketchy. Back door was constantly propp...

We stayed here a few times on our vacation commute. Good price, clean, like outside entry. Moldy smell in stairwell and halls on second floor inside rooms and entry vestibule. Rooms do not smell. Continental breakfast only a few items. Overall, not bad for an overnight stay for price and cleanliness.

From the booking in until we checked out exemplary staff. There's an incentive of $5 towards breakfast if you reuse bedding and towels. We would have given a full score if the room maid had refreshed the coffee and milk without having to chase her up but she happy to help when prompted.

From the moment we saw the resort situated within the hills and upon entering the resort, we felt like we were transported to a location outside of the Pocono Mtns. The design, staff and services are worthy of 5-Star services. So thankful the pricing is affordable allowing customers to experience luxurious services.

The Atherton Hotel is centrally located in State College that is priced well for travelers. It is not as grand or stately as the famous Nittany Lion Inn but it is far less costly (usually) and a money saver. It is worth your time to stay here if you are looking for a centrally located hotel that offers nice lodging. While it is not as historical and elegant as the Nitt...

I travelled solo on a side trip to Philadelphia. It's a short walk from the bus station. The location was great. You can walk to the tourist sites. The staff were friendly. The front desk gave me a map and suggested the best places to visit in the city. They have comolementary coffee and soda. The room was spacious and clean. I definitely recommend this place.

I stayed in this surprisingly charming Sheraton for several days during a recent trip to Philadehia and was pleasantly surprised to find legging that resembled a smaller, boutique hotel than a typical vanilla Sheraton. The rooms were wspacious and well furnished with colonial era reproductions. There were plenty of put lets for the recharging of electrical components, ...

Overall, I'd give this hotel 3.7 stars. It's not really 4 stars but close enough. Some hotel staff is friendly but some are not. The location is fantastic so it's walking distance to restaurants, bars, and some shops. However, the rooms are a bit dated but the overall ambience was good. The food served during breakfast needs some improvement, but the staff helping...

Have to hotel has court yard rooms --so you must keep your blinds closed. It's a small place so you can see . It's a great location and huge room. It's tolerable for a night but I wouldn't stay here again because I like light --- it may have been preferable to the windows that look straight at the wall though. It's a historic building as it used to be the YMCA....

The gym in this hotel was the best of any hotel I have ever been in (and I have been to a lot). Not only did it have a wide variety of machines, but most machines had several so more than one person could be using the same machine at the same time. Other than that it was a luxurious and comfortable hotel.

My daughter and I very much enjoyed our one-night stay at the Mansions. Our experience checking in was very smooth and pleasant -- the front desk manager was funny and helpful, as was the bellman. I've given the hotel all 5s, but there are some places where it can be improved. The shower head in our bathroom was loose. This meant, that you couldn't adjust it; it sort...

When it was the Franklin they would have robes for you in the room the spa and the pool were always on point but it just seems disappointing anymore I thought for sure that the hot tub would not be out again and again it was not working I had to cancel my room the last time but we were booked for Christmas this year so we decided to stay even though the hot tub wasn't ...
