"After initially learning that official check in time is 4:30pm (the latest I've ever encountered), we arrived and luckily they had a room available earlier. We were put in the basement. Our room had a musty smell and the carpet felt slightly damp. This is definitely an old hotel that needs a whole redo. In summertime there isn't any air conditioning, but a floor fan was provided. The bathroom was reasonably clean, however there were a few errant hairs (not ours) around. "Breakfast" was under whelming. Bagels, yogurt and some hard boiled eggs. We did end up finding the rubbery eggs and strange sausages that were hidden around a corner. We never would have seen them if we hadn't sat against the far wall. Other guests seemed shocked that we had somehow found food they never saw. A small, old, slightly damp room with a 4:30pm check in for $183 is not worth it. "
