Book if you are looking for an inexpensive hotel in a good location. Only 2 blocks off of Bay Street. A/C not great and not great hot water. Staff was very helpful and breakfast is included. Hard boiled eggs, toast, juice, coffee or tea. Have stayed at the hotel off and on since 1980.

Good for the price”

This is a good option if you're looking to stay in a cheap place in Bahamas. Don't expect luxury, it's just a place to spend the night in. Breakfast is ok, but simple. They only offer toast, oranges, tea, coffee and hard boiled eggs. There is wifi, but it only works in the lobby. I was in the third floor and I didn't get it in my room.

A little more would go a long way.”

Enjoyable stay, but investing in a long-overdue WiFi upgrade (I mean, if the Dunkin' Donuts around the corner can handle a packed digitally-connected house, it stands to reason...) as well as contracting the occasional exterminator service to handle the seeming and multi-room infestation of common house ants, all would be PERFECT! I found the location safe, sound and accessible, and the staff kind and helpful. You could do far worse; the place has its charm.
