Worst Hotel ”
One of the worst Hotel in the city when comes to cleanliness. They won't change the linen (blanket and pillowcovers ) before giving to new customer. Very bad experience no staff in the hotel even after 3 to 4 times of follow up only you will get what you want. Very high tariffs which won't match the Hotel.

Helpful Night Manager”
Friends travelling : we stayed two separate nights in January 2019. On the second the AC in our room did not work even after several technician visits. By 11pm the temperature reached 28C and rising! The Night Manager, Sagara Trinadh, on his own, took the initiative to move us with our belongings to another room, where we had a comfortable sleep the rest of the night. NB: On our first visit he had also helped us with travel arrangements when our's failed. All the The Encore staff we met were welcoming and helpful. Rooms clean and good bed linen. However both times there were problems in the bathrooms, which are looking a bit tired with broken equipment. The Encore Inn's lively location makes it a very good place to break a journey, and probably good for economical business travel. Breakfast on the roof was OK too.

My Experience with Encore Inn”
I have some pointers about Encore Inn Pros 1. Good Location 2. Room Space is good 3. Comfortable Room 4. All major attractions are nearby. 5. Secured Parking Cons 1. Near to Sewer Line so foul smell was continuously creeping from window side. 2. Breakfast has very limited Options 3. Bed Tea Starts after 07:30 which is not good 4. On my last day of stay Breakfast was made available after 7:30 AM even it was not fully ready, though Breakfast timings are from 7 AM 5. Google Maps location is not updated properly. It took efforts for me to locate the hotel for the first time. 6. Complimentary water bottles were never provided until asked.
