Sea view from the room with kindly staff and owner”
Great stay in bophut. The room has agreat view to the beach. The owner Erick was so kindly, he give us a low price extra bed, and he give us a motorbikes to rent without any deposite or pasport, we leave nothing, he said he trust us because we stay in his hotel. Good job erick you are so kindly. The staff was so helpfull and can speak english properly. Very Recommended

Nice big rooms”
Nice big rooms with basic kitchen facility, lovely views over the bay, right in the center of Fishermans Village . We booked this room as the description sai it had a sofa bed, this wasnt the case it had a rather small old sofa but as we were only staying 1 night this didnt really matter.

Pleasant stay, Convenience, Beach side , Big room”
Enjoyed my trip to stay here,room is pretty big also the fridge, the night market on Fri is in front the hotel and easy to walk to the beach.This area is family friendly and pretty quiet in Low season. The staff is really nice and provide good advice where to go.This is my 1st time in Samui and definitely will go back there again !

the best in term of location”
all in all was good, it's really great location in the heart of fishermen village, they do serve great food downstairs at the restaurant. few to complain about was the balcony door cannot be opened so we lost tgat facility and the AC was leaking water so we had to move the bed.

Excellent view”
View, location and quietness
It was really great especially the view- Only negative was when `I arrived at the hotel the receptionist, Claudia wanted me to check out the very next morning and re check in again but on a lower floor- Thought this was a little strange so rejected what she wanted and remained in my original room I booked- although she looked visibly irritated at this.
But nevertheless I strongly recommend this place purely based on the view it is something really spectacular

The view from the verandah
This is a great place to stay. The view is excellent and you are in easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. The owner is very helpful and welcoming. The other staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is big and you have beach access.

If you want to stay in somewhere away from the crowds and with a great sea view but less cost, here will be your good choice. Not that kind of big chain hotels with perfect facilities, but the accommodation can offer you relaxing environment under a fair price. Friendly owner and helpful staff, good location in a food street and minutes' ride to some big supermarkets by motorcycle.

Big room with a beautiful sea view. Excellent host who is very helpful. Excellent location close to restaurants
We really enjoyed our 2 nights stay at this hotel. Our room at the 4th floor was big, clean and with sea view. The owner was very helpful in providing travel information around Koh Samui island. Upon our arrival in the afternoon, he grilled a fish that was caught in the morning. It tasted fantastic. He also sorted out motorbike rental for us quickly when we faced some issues.

I cannot express how wonderful and accommodating the staff were! I was there for about 3 weeks and it started to feel like home, the cleaners do an amazing job, the hotel food was some of my favourite in Thailand, and the beach is on your doorstep in the middle of fisherman's village (in the middle of everything)! Will be staying here again when I revisit 🌍🤗

Highly Enjoyable”
Just spent 6 most enjoyable nights in this hotel, and I must say I was very impressed. The value for money was excellent for this area of Samui. The location, was excellent, and most of all the staff were extremely friendly, particularly Laylay who went out of her way to help, and always greated you with a smile and a warm welcome. Food was excellent and reasonably priced, with the added bonus of dining on the beach, or in the restaurant.
Only one small criticism I would have is that the air conditioning didn't cool the room enough on a few extremely hot nights, but this could be easily rectified if there was a fan available.
Overall a 9 out of 10 fro me.

We had the delux room which is pretty much like a studio with a living room and big sofa. It needs maintenance aircon very weak. Smelly sewage. But great view peaceful place, with accommodating staff.

Far below average”
Location is perfect, the view is fantastic, the bed is rock hard, there is low to no water pressure, the room looks worn and poorly maintained. You pay for the view basically. AC extremely noisy (even with earplugs) so just drop it and use the fan and open the balcony door. Please, do not bother responding to this review, I have travelled extensively around Thailand for many years so I know full well the levels of expectation for a guesthouse.

Hotel located at fisherman village. 3-5mins walk to wharf where it is more lively in the night.
Room is big and building does not have a lift.
shower water pressure is not good.
Seaview is good when there are no tides.

Pros:
Fab location with my room overlooking the ocean. Was lovely to open the balcony door and see/hear the sea on waking up!
Lots of restaurants/shops and massage parlours on its doorstep.
Clean, spacious and had mini kitchen with kettle/instant coffee/tea bags (although no teaspoons)
Friendly girl on check in
Cons:
Had to leave at 7.20am for my flight and since no one was there until 8am had to leave my key in the room when I left.
Needs a little updating, (towels weren't that soft).
No plug for the bathroom sink
Aircon is a little noisy
No lift so had to carry my heavy case down two flights of stairs.
I was only there for one night but all in all a great little hotel overlooking the ocean.

Wonderful place on the beach.”
This is a great place with a perfect location overlooking koh phangan in the morning and for a romantic evening dinner on the beach.
The menu is exellent, the service is carried out by a competent and friendly staff, the rooms are very clean at a very competitive price for the location.

The small boutique hotel was just what I wanted and all the staff are so friendly and helpful. My room was cleaned every day, it was air conditioned and with a balcony on the sea front. Great value - perfect!

Staff is literally amazing. Really good quality food and the staff tries to enhance your stay to all their abilities. Hotel rooms are spacious and all have a great sea view. The beach itself is nice but the sea contains some mud (which more beaches have on Koh Samui). Will be back!

Great location beautiful views. Eric the day manager was very nice and cool. The room fantastic although the bed is too hard, I don't mean a bit hard I mean impossibly hard like sleeping on the floor hard! The Thai staff where lovely. The night restaurant manager was arrogant.
