Weekend Staycation ”
I rated high in terms of accessibility by being a bit closer to the MRT Cubao Station and the bus carousel in front. It was only a few meters from the malls of Cubao (Gateway, SM, Ali Mall and restaurants.) The condo itself is pretty basic - don't expect cable TV if you want to watch, you need to pay to use internet as well. Hygiene needs to be improved - there were few cockroaches we see. But overall, if you are not too fussy, its bearable - especially when you see the high rise view of Edsa from the top - we were put at the 35th floor. Swimming pool is small but okay. Elevator needs to be checked by maintenance as it malfunctioned once when I attempted to use it - one of the residents who was with the lift with me said it happens (so means they knew there's a problem). I would still recommend it despite few glitches that can be improved.

iT TOOK A LITTLE TIME TO GET USED TO THE NUANCES OF STAYING HERE, BUT ONCE YOU GET CHECKED IN, THE VALUE IS MORE THAN WORTH IT, GREAT LOCATION, EXCELLENT ROOM CONDITION. i PLAN TO STAY THERE AGAIN.

1. The unit stinks. Sumisingaw ang amoy ng grease trap. 2. Madaming maliliit na ipis. As in madami. 3. The induction is not working. Yes, it heats but not enought to heat a pan. I can't even fry an egg.

No wi-fi!!!”
I got there and asked if we could have internet connection on our room and they answered “there’s no rooms with wi-fi”. Also I deposited 1,500 for the room key and also for the med cert and they told me they don’t have change as of the moment so they told me they’d give me back 1,300 the next day. Upon check out, they only gave me 1,000 and closed the door on me without explaining. We even rode the same elevator going up with a staff but they didn’t even bother to help us with our stuff even though we’re clearly struggling and some of our stuff are falling. The room was nice tho,

NOT WORTH MY MONEY”
There was no wifi, was told they will try to do something about it but they just left me waiting the whole night. They should change the description, the pool is not working at all. They dont have any towels available as stated in their unit description as well. They need to improve their cleanliness. The couch was almost falling apart, on the back corners of it contains some trash that was probably from thr previous bookers which I find really gross.
