    Pleasant stay”

    We had a very pleasent & nice stay at Erica hotel. The room was spacious. Nuce and friendly staffs. Only thing was it didnt had a fridge& hairdryer. Good halal food beside at walking distance. Had a security guard. Wil definitely come again :)

    It's just the room is to dusty and aircond not cool receptionist is kind enough to change the room water kettle is provided rusty as well. water heater it's not that hot. stayed there for 3 days... they didn't change the stained bedsheets or stained cloth event though I threw it down they put back again. this place is convenient receptionist is friendly.

    No Safe Parking/Room in Deplorable Condition”

    Car Park was provided but behind the hotel in another building. Don't feel safe walking from that building to the hotel. For those who drives, don't choose this hotel. Bathroom were not properly clean. Bedroom was in deplorable condition with walls/cement peeling off and not repaired. Skip this hotel if you have a choice.

    Think first”

    The lift door has no sensor, it will really close automatically so better watched out. I'm so scared I almost stuck my leg. The TV and aircon remote is not working, had to call the staff to replace battery. In the end they provide new remote control. Asked them to change the pillow case because got smell, wondering if they replaced it before we check in. The buffet breakfast selection is NOT good, in the end we had our breakfast at the near shopping mall. By the way, they will ask you to pay the TOURISM TAX RM10 upon check-in, I always do travel and this is not my first time in Johor also but this is the first time I was asked for this wherein payment already settled online. There are better hotels in the area, in future might not consider staying here again.

    Hotel near R&F Mall”

    Room is big, with mini fridge. No toothbrushes and only 2 bath towels which has damp fishy smell. Asked for hair dryer at the reception, promised to deliver to my room. After a while phone call to say that it out of loan! Next TV wasnt working at all, cant watch a single channel. Bathroom is small with a mounted shower head only which is not flexible. Lastly while we were sleeping, the lamp above the bed cracked and the crack pieces fell onto our head. The only plus point is that it is opp R&F Mall and that we hv overslept till 1pm and staffs is kind enough not to disturb us.

    Old hotel that is badly maintained. ”

    Hotel is old and badly maintained. You realised that when you first walk into the hotel. Room is super old with smell. Bedsheet is dirty with stain and wierd smell. Room also has small insects on floor and toilet as well. Wall is dirty and aircon is Super loud. All these make you can’t sleep at night. They also ask deposit of 50 ringgit from you during check in. There is no minibar. Why you need to ask for 50 ringgit deposit? Receptionist can’t answer that question too. Anyway it is cheap but you can find better hotels in jb.

    Super friendly and professional staff. Nice, clean pool. Big room and great location next to R&F Mall and skyway to CIQ/JB Sentral. Some areas of the hotel look a bit run down and poorly lit. Really good value for a twin/double room in the sub 90RM range.

    Dissapointed”

    We arrived late from a long journey but I was shocked that the cleanliness of our room was not satisfactory, tables were sticky,baby cockroach running around. The toilet had a foul smell. Requested to change our room. We were given a good clean room but the heater was not working and no one was able to check. Following day,i informed the front desk to about the heater as we will be away the entire day. We came back late night and i was annoyed because the heater problem was not solved and again there was no one to check. The following morning,i asked to repair the heater while we had breakfast and it was done. Breakfast was not so good,french toast and sausages were very oily. Fried samosas were a variety of hot & cold (not fried properly because still frozen) and there was no egg station. Our next agenda was swimming but we were dissappointed as the pool was across the road from hotel and no pool chair to relax. Nothing was mentioned in the description when booking.

    Walking Distance to CIQ”

    - Location: Good. Walkable to CIQ via link bridge - Room : Big king bed but pillow is too flat - Bathroom : Equiped with shampoo, body shampoo & soap. Good ventilation - Parking : Free but have to park at the next building Overall it was a good stay, nothing to complaint at this price. Only cons is they are short of hair dryer so I cant wash hair at night.

    Not good, bad parking, no value for money”

    Price is not suit thw place, parking lot is far and other building, towel not clean and used old of it, door not good security, facility not function (swimming pool is not function), breakfast don't have any better choice.Not happy with this accommodation.

    Friendly staff”

    I’m having my business trip to Johor. And request only one needs. I need all the plug inside my room functioning. While in Erya the stuff from front desk keep remind me “if there’s a problem about plugging please tell them.” Seriously enjoying my 3 days there in fasting month besides bear all good stuff in Johor. Maybe you guys quit difficult to get parking. But being a customer to Erya, a parking will be provided by the hotel. Thank you Erya.

    The family room is worth it. A simple hotel which serves its purpose. Economical for those on a budget especially families in a family room. Hotel has a swimming pool but we didn't use it cos we spend most of d time out shopping. Hope to stay there again next time I need to stay over in jb

    clean, have swimpool outside, walk 500 meter from ciq , cross the street huge new mall , really value of money, near by foods 24 hours and also minimart 24 hour, walk other direction from traffic light cross the by pass road bridge its city center starting from johor police station to ciq, its old town , have self service laundry in near police station. laundry near hotel need 2 days for done

    Got the family room, it was spacious but really run down. The air con was dusty, bidet hose broken. Breakfast buffet was sad, there were only a few options and food was tasteless. Best to get your food from the nearby 24 hour restaurant. However, the staff were friendly.
